Great gym. No one there. Clean equipment. But 20 bones to bring a guest every night? Wth man?! What happened to those 3-day free trials?

A bad gym location if you want to leave your bike in the bicycle rails, Planet Fitness isn't responsible for any lost or stolen items outside their business. Although they encourage people to park ones own bicycles for anyone's in business inside their gym they don't guarantee their security and its at their own risk.I got my bicycle stolen when it was chained and locked with heavy duty equipment but it still wasn't enough, when I asked the service desk all they said to fill out a Planet fitness form, that was it.A Poor business practices and could be improved upon but has choosen not to, I left planet fitness upland CA for this reason and will be going somewhere else better.Also keep in mind, I am not the only person that has gotten their bicycle stolen.

I've been going to PF for over a year and I decided to finally take a personal training class. George was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he explained each excersice and how it helped my overall goal. It was a tough workout, I won't lie, but I felt great afterwards! I will continue to take these classes to break up the routine.

This gym chain gets made fun of online a lot but I actually love this gym. My only issue with this location is that there's no classroom, so if you like working out ducked away where no one is this is not gonna work for you

These MFs were closed for 6 months for the pandemic. They open up a couple days before a billing cycle and hit every member with a bill and refuse to refund them. Claiming you have to write a certified letter to cancel your membership. Where do you send this letter when they are closed and not taking calls and obviously can't walk in to ask? At the end of the day it was $23 they could have refunded and I would go on with my day. But they chose a 1 star review.

Manager Angel canceled my membership on my first day at the facility. She canceled my membership after she had a disagreement with my gym partner about wearing his mask at the bridge of his nose. Extremely unprofessional because I literally did not have anything to do with the situation. She canceled both of our membership after we left the facility and had another staff member call us both to inform us about our cancellation. She couldn’t even call us herself and she put coronavirus for the reason for canceling our membership on our documents via email. She couldn’t even have an adult conversation because she appeared aggravated when my gym partner attempted to speak to her. Overall very petty of manager Angel.

Cancelled my membership in person back in 2018 when I had to move states. I filled in the form and turned it in. Many months later, I learned that Planet Fitness was still charging my account membership fees. I called the customer service line and they told me that whoever took my cancellation form at this location never put it in their system. Their solution was for me to cancel again. So I tried doing that but I lived hours away from any location and tried sending certified mail which also never worked. I have never dealt with such an enormous headache like this before. I liked the gym and would've rejoined at another location, but they made cancelling into such a pain that I wouldn't recommend Planet Fitness to my worst enemy. Eventually I had to call my bank to flag their withdrawals as fraud. Be careful when cancelling and make sure they send you a confirmation email.

My reviews are not sponsored paid or endorse. I am was considering joining Planet Fitness. What drew me in with the $10 membership. While we were waiting in line for a member to finish up at the front desk, we were not greeted. By the time I finished signing the waiver, I was told by an employee that I had to do a self guided tour. My gripe to that is the second employee shouldn't have gone on a break. She should have given us the tour then her break while the first employee hold down the fort at the front desk.The facility was clean but to my surprise restroom and locker room was also clean. The exercise equipment seems to be maintenanced. My opinion about the lunk alarm is utterly ridiculous. Just as mentioned prior by other reviewers Planet Fitness is a no judgement but if you set off the lunk alarm you get scolded by the manager or an employee like a child. There you have it folks you can make your own decision whether or not to join Planet Fitness.

I normally go to the San Dimas Planet Fitness, but i was in the area so i checked this one out. There was plenty of equipment and the establishment looked clean , and there were not a lot of members at around noon. I was disappointed to see more and more people not wearing masks, and thats very important to me. The employees did not appear to be enforcing the mandatory mask policy, and for me, thats a deal breaker. In addition, they were very unfriendly, not like what i was used to at my home PF. I wont be returning to this location, sorry!

Charged my card for $260 10/01/2021 even though I cancelled my membership in 2019 and they refuse give me a refund!! I asked for the owner's phone number, I was given a phone number & email for regional manager it was the disconnected and the email bounced back!! I spoke to the manager there, she wasn't any help. She said there wasn't anything she could do. I would prefer if the owner would respond directly to me. I had to call the Ontario location just to get a number for the corporate customer service!!
