Advice to the wise: please be careful about the appearance of mobile device usage within this facility. If you are perceived by another member to be using it in an inappropriate manner, your membership could be instantly revoked without the opportunity to defend yourself and file a counter-complaint. You are better off leaving it in your vehicle's glove compartment while you are in this gym.

Newly remodeled but the franchise owner clearly is a problem. Machines stay broken for many months (example, the assisted pull-up machine). Staff is friendly but it's clear the owner is not supporting staff. Frequently out of paper towels to clean the machines, they had cloth towels yesterday, nothing at all to clean the equipment today. Just gross. I've been a regular member for over five years and a black card member for about six minths, but this is my last month.

A different Planet Fitness from the other ones I've seen! The equipment are different such as the treadmills and elliptical having the screen literally on the machine instead of TV monitors hanging right in front of the cardio machines. The smith machines are also different as they move vertically straight and not with an angle like other places. Most machines do look different in this gym. Most importantly the staff are friendly and helpful!

I wish they were open 24 hours hours like they used to be before COVID. But this is a nice facility, nice staff and clean.

When someone with Tourette's syndrome gets teased by street walkers at your gym u do nothing...Maybe your wife dress similarly lol and You dont tell them to dress appropriately...But when SHE says he looks at me from 20 feet away, u listen to them.want to meet face to face to see who's tough the owner of the scam shop?

Please please go to a different gym, they have literally been harassing me with payments, I called to freeze my account again because I was scared to get charged they said “ye we will definitely freeze it again and it looks like your next bill would have been next week” week later what do you know they still charged me and now they are telling me it will cost 58$ to cancel my account like are you serious

Do not get a membership at this planet fitness they will lie to you to get you to open an account I was told that I can manage my account at any planet fitness as long as I had a black card I travel and do not have the opportunity to be near the planet fitness that I signed up at and now for some reason my account is having issues and I have to travel back to the planet fitness I signed up at to fix the account issue so I can continue going to the gym this is unacceptable and not okay.... I was given the excuse that managers are only in on Monday and there they refused to give me a corporate number or a number I could call to help me fix the issue.... Very disappointed very upset.

This location is clean and pristine. The shower nozzles are great and heat up properly. I’m a commercial truck driver so I really appreciate when these places are clean! The machines work great.

The staff is always so friendly. The equipment and flooring were recently replaced which also included a few new machines, I think an extra smith machine and a leg press and probably more, I haven’t fully explored to know. Everything seems to be clean and running smoothly (even when something breaks it is quickly fixed). My one and only complaint (which is why not 5 stars) is the smell (almost a sewer like smell) that comes from the women’s locker room when you enter. Which I dont believe is from lack of cleaning but an actual plumbing issue. It’s really off putting.

Very nice staff and equipment. However the showers are mediocre at best....no temperature control, takes forever to warm up, and the water shuts off often
