I always like going into this location. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful, machines are clean, and people leave me alone. Tanning beds and massage bed are great amenities, wish they had a pool but PF is inexpensive and convenient so I can't complain. Would recommend.

The place has all the equipment you need for a decent workout, if you are a builder you can do one or two sessions a week here, since they don't have big weights or benches, the crowd here is mostly the beginners to the ones that go to spend time "pretending they workout"The equipment is always in great condition and the HIT workout area is fabulous, lots of machines and you never have to wait.Restrooms are clean and they provide lockers, massage and tanning.If you are not a builder this is a great Gym!

Pretty clean space with lots of options to create your own unique workout. Four/Five as sometimes the garbage bins get full of paper towels from wiping down equipment and the staff doesn't regulate what people are wearing very well. (I.e. tank tops, crop tops, too short of shorts) This is supposed to be a safe space and though I don't feel "threatened", some may feel uncomfortable with how much skin exposure does occur. Overall I'm happy with my membership here, fair price and open many hours of the day, plus location has lots of parking.

This is a great gym with a friendly atmosphere. Sometimes the music is so quiet it's almost non-existent, which is okay unless you forget your headphones - then it's awkwardly quiet. Great staff who always greet you, and keep this gym immaculately clean.

I choose planet fitness because of three reasons:1) it’s very affordable. I love the price point to have access to all the equipment I need for my fitness goals.2) It’s convenient! This location is very close to my home and is easily accessible from the highway.3) The staff is very friendly. I’ve met the manager multiple times and she is always kind and welcoming as is the rest of the team. The KC fan that works grave yard (sorry I spaced his name) is my favorite though! Love talking to him when I get there early in the morning!

Great front desk staff, showers, locker room, and equipment is cleaned regularly. I've never had a cleanliness complaint. New stand up tanning beds much better than the old lay down. I haven't used the new massage chairs but the beds still work pretty decently. Worth $20/month!

The staff are seriously nice and answer any questions I have, no matter how mundane. The gym itself is in good working order, and anything that breaks is usually repaired quite quickly. Would give it five stars if the gym didn't smell like old wet socks.

The new manager Alyssa is amazing.The gym is cleaner, the employees are not standing behind the desk chatting anymore. It's a nice change. Tyler and Sam have been there forever, and they are amazing. They finally have a trainer that is helpful and motivating.This gym is the best for the money and customer service.
