The gym is always clean and the customer service is great. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. I had trouble signing into the app, but Kiera helped me figure it out. She was so kind and I now look forward to seeing her big smile when I visit.

The manager and staff care more about harassing people about their masks, then helping and encouraging people to feel better without being judged!! Isn’t this suppose to be the judgement free zone? management and staff do not need to be policing and customers are done with this. canceling our membership. gold gym, 24 hour fitness have taken a freedom path and not harassing their customers. done.

Like 99% of Planet Fitness franchises, super clean and well maintained gym operation. Great equipment selection, hot showers, lots of parking. Thank you to Evan and Miss R at the front desk for holding my phone when I lost it one night. Great group at the front desk. Thanks again.

The gym is fine. No frills, inexpensive, clean all of that is good.The fella I just talked to on the phone about downgrading my membership and transferring to another location was unnecessarily firm and condescending. So irritating to call with a question and to be talked to like a child (likely BY A CHILD for that matter!) It's not hard to be nice to your customers (the reason you have a job... To serve... In customer service) and show a little empathy for people having problems with switching. It's just so much easier to be nice. Also why can't I downgrade my membership over the phone!? 😂😂 😂 during a pandemic I have to go in person to sign paperwork!?! Crazy, they did give me the option to get the App... But I guess that's the world we live in.... Companies shoving apps down your throat.

This location is very clean and the staff is very friendly! A staffer named Cody James was particularly helpful and made sure all my workout needs where met. Tanning areas where very clean as well. A big open area for stretching and floor workouts is slightly to the side which is nice because I don’t feel like I am stretching in front of the whole gym.

i’ve been coming to this location for a few years now, it has all the equipment i need and overall a good environment to get a workout in. the MAIN reason why i love coming here is because of Cody James & Olivia. the two employees i see every morning that greet me when i come in with smiles on their faces. they are always cleaning the equipment to make the members feel safer with the covid restrictions, and truly make my whole gym experience better. They always have such positive things to say and i see how hard they work & care about each of the members.

Great gym with lots of equipment options. Staff there are friendly and helpful. They are being COVID cautious with machines spaced apart and everyone wearing masks. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that some of the guests are not so great at wiping down machines. If you go, just be sure to wipe before and after you use.

Honestly, this would be a 2 star review if it wasn't for Cody James being an amazing employee and here's why. Planet Fitness is great for its affordability and its atmosphere, but part of being a black card member (which I am) is being able to use their tanning booths, which have been out of service for close to three weeks now. That and the limited amount of equipment make this place a 2 star gym at best. The only reason I'm giving it a 5 star review is because of Cody James, an employee who I see every morning when I go to work out. He's always friendly. Greets me at the door. Has encouraging words to say. And I always see him cleaning up the gym equipment which makes me feel a lot safer in the middle of Covid-19. Really, if it wasn't for his impeccable customer service and the way he takes care of that gym, I'd probably find somewhere else to work out. He always makes me feel like I belong and makes my Planet Fitness experience enjoyable every time. Thank you Cody James for making my gym great!

I really like this place. I get the stigma attached to pf but it suits my needs at this point. All the equipment is kept in good shape, place is always pretty clean. My only gripe is this, during covid, the showers and lockers are blocked off. This makes no sense to me at all. Handwashing is a good thing, is showering not one better? And at the hazel Dell location the lockers and changing room should be open! Stupid that the whole thing is blocked off instead of just the showers. Be curious as to the exact verbiage in inslees "decree" as to showers. I don't like to get in my. Are a sweaty mess, just my .02

I think the atmosphere is great. It's safe, clean, and there's plenty of disenfecant products to wipe down equipment. Plenty of available equipment. Aside from the mask, which I'm happy to wear to keep others safe during this time, I like the gym better than before the whole Covid-19 pandemic.
