This place is very small, don't see much cleaning happening. Seems the staff just likes to sit behind the counter and do nothing. I wasn't greeted as they seemed preoccupied, much different that Raleigh Hills.

Staff member David is awesome and gives great customer service, however i just went in saturday october 22nd and the lady was very rude so i left i may not renew my membership. I'm very tired of bad customer service

Avoid this place like the plague. They will extend your membership which you are locked into without telling you, then tell you too bad, they can't do anything about it. Extremely unprofessional and highly predatory.

I use these facilities for showers as I travel and live in my van, cop told me I couldn't park there at all. I asked where to park when inside he didnt care but not there. I'm a paying member and was chased away. Obviously this location isnt safe. Zero stars

One of the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I Used to go to this branch as it is there closest to my home, I had to cancel my membership as the employees there make you feel uncomfortable, especially the big guy who looks at you while working out like you’re doing something wrong or like you’re using his own equipment. I don’t recommend it.

I really like this PF because they have the ARC trainer. I wish the fourth plain pf had One. Staff are friendly. They are currently remodeling so equipment is limited and half the floor is empty, but it'll look nice when it's done.

I’ve been a member here for probably 7 years plus. Hands down best gym. Nothing is perfect but this gym is close. The staff is so nice, the gym is clean, and the other members are friendly as well. It’s really a great place I love it!

A good place to get your workout done and off you go with your day, no fussing, just basics, do your cardio, strength & stretches. Very affordable, no contracts, clean & sanitary. People mind their own businesses, get on with their health & their day.

Someone stole my information and used it to create a planet fitness account. This company is complete garbage with no care or concern for their so called customers. I’m have called, written letters, emailed and done everything to get this fraud taken care of and they won’t do anything.I had to close my bank account to get them to stop charging my card.Every time I called I practically got laughed at and told there is nothing they can do.They can even see that my “membership” was never used, no papers were signed, I never even had a key or access to the building.Do to the current circumstances of the economy and the covid crisis I definitely cannot afford this cost . One day I will definitely be looking for a local gym, but Planet Fitness will NEVER get my business or money after seeing that they actually do not care about their customers.This is not just me. Google planet fitness billing issues and see the thousands of claims.The hazel Dale location specifically is complete garbage by not even allowing a member to cancel their subscription without coming in or writing a letter. Writing a letter obviously doesn’t work and I shouldn’t have to drive in thereto close the account. Nobody had to drive in to open it!How is a company going to open an account online without any signatures or seeing. A person but the refuse to close it without seeing you. Shouldn’t that be the other way around?

These yahoos will not allow members to cancel their membership without spending more money. You either have to buy gas or postage in order to cancel. Complete BS! In addition their mask policy is laughable. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
