I was so happy that a super close gym opened up & its bigger than the one on fourth plain blvd but if you use the showers in this location it will be a dissapointment the water is cold and has no pressure at all more like drops and there was no mirror or bench in the dressing room only a sorry chair , the attendant said they were going to fix that so i'll remove my review when they do because otherwise i love this place ,so far nothing nothing has changed

Staff was great and very informative. I Was told this is one of the only locations locally with the meditation chair. I have not tried it yet, but the staff sold me on it and i will check it out next time.

This place has everything I need to get a solid workout in. I do however have a few complaints. Chiefly, the hours. The weekend hours, 7am-7pm, are just not sufficient enough. I find myself going to the gym well after 7pm pretty often, and the weekend hours are a major inconvenience to my schedule. I’ve had to drive to Beaverton for a late night workout before since they stay open far later than here. The whole point of me getting a membership here was to have 24/7 access at gyms all over the country. Most other places are actually open 24/7, so I don’t see why this place can’t either.Secondly, the gym equipment is too close together here, the free weights section is cramped more often than not. I understand the space is limited but it just feels like they could’ve utilized the space a little betterThirdly, I wish there were paper towel dispensers in the bathroom. Hand dryers just ain’t it. Why have dozens of rolls throughout the building and neglect to have any in the bathroom?And fourthly, there’s only one pectoral fly machine and somebody is always using it. Why not have two?On the positive side, I do like how they offer free locking day use lockers up front. And it is nice to have at least some semblance of a 24/7 fitness facility, even though it’s not truly 24/7.

I presume the 'clubs' operate by states?? Anyhow, was a member. Inquired 'bout membership. Found that what they 'advertised' is Only partially what A Member pays. Was, interested in becoming a member.

This place is a joke, they don't tell new members about the annual fee that comes out after 2 months of joining, so make sure to read the entire frikn contract because all they do is stand around unlike 24 hour fitness who actually goes over the contract and any fees that are coming up that's informational to the member. I was asked by Jay with a sigh as if it was too much for him to do "so you want me to show u around" yah same guy who signed me up and just stood there with no information. I work at a hotel and inform my guests of any charges even tho it's on the website and reservation, it's what you do when you work in customer service!! Get with it planet fitness 🤷🏼‍♂️

Staff there at night were friendly but if you go in the afternoon one worker was very rude and was unprofessional.also the there hours are pretty lousy open until 10 pm Friday Saturday and sun was 7 pm not what I was told when I signed up I would not recommend it to anyone but if you do go the one in garrison square is far the best one for showers. But just make sure you look because there always clumps of hair in the stalls

Planet fitness location: Vancouver mill plain, mill center.Called 2 days ago to freeze my account, they said it was frozen. Charged me today anyways, called... spoke with Jay there and he couldn't reverse the charge. Said he was going to have a manager call me. Called again, got a female " Didn't catch here name" same drill... manager would call me back... nothing. The month to month contract is basically a joke, you can only cancel in person " I can buy a car online" Why cant I cancel a monthly membership? then when you take the other route of freezing it they don't. Nice Work Jay, Nice work. Ill be reporting this as fraud to my bank and Ill have my money back in a day. Customer service is not just for the easy stuff like taking money but also the follow thru when someone wants to change account status. Thanks for the hassles. Don't trust planet fitness. looked at the document they emailed to me, says frozen on 11-15-2022.. but still getting billed... Erich Hilske is the name on the document emailed to me.Update: 11/17/2022 . called PF, said manager would call back again.Update: 11/18/2022. called PF, said manager would call back when they get in. They sure were fast to take my money when i signed up. Not holding my breath.

Update: After months of not being able to go because of a hospitalization and illness, I tried to return but was told i needed to pay $500 for the months I had Not Attended ! I explained my situation and it made no difference. Sadly I will no longer be a member.Word of advise to the Gm, treat your customers kindly. Treating those who pay your salary like dirt bags for financial hardships is not profitable to you or your business.So greatful for this gym. Tanning. Massages. Lol it's helped shape who I am. Or who I don't want to become if I didn't have this outlet lol

I don’t care for the derogatory hypocritical signs, but the gym is clean and the equipment work (mostly).The staff is nice, but it seems that none of them know how to maintain the equipment.

I am now told the one year membership is actually a 13 month membership. This was never explained at the time I enrolled in this program. Please do not be mislead with the one year contract.
