Friendliest staff you’ll meet. This gym has been around awhile, but you wouldn’t know it by how clean it is. You will constantly see them cleaning around the gym! I come visit from out of town and this gym is the best I’ve been to.

First time at this location. Was scared to even go in due to fireworks and sparklers being set of in the parking lot. As we parked there was someone balling their eyes out because someone broke their window while they were inside. I didn’t see cops. They could’ve came and left or just never showed/got called. I felt severely unsafe. Went in and was not greeted. Went to use the black card featured spa and was give a dirty look then offered assistance. Was then told I need to do a picture(I was aware and didn’t mind.) when exiting the womens locker room I was met with dirty looks by the one employee. Then as exiting told have a good night when I responded back I got a dirty look. I don’t plan to return to this location. I’d rather drive the extra time to the location more north.

1st time at this location. It was not crowded, I came on a Saturday around 5pm. Clean environment. And very helpful staff. Only thing I didn't care much for was the lockers it was a little tricky to figure out how to lock my locker then unlock my locker. I ended up getting help from the staff, however once they open my locker they never asked me for proof the items in my locker belonged to me or asked to see my ID once I obtain my stuff. Just felt like anyone could have said my locker was theirs and someone could have walked off with my stuff. They do have an option where you can bring your own personal lock. However I didn't know that until today. Best advice is bring your own 🔐 lock for best protection of your personal items. Overall great experience with the gym on my 1st day.

I went to this gym for a year. I enjoyed it. However I signed up for a 12 month agreement. Despite me paying for 12 months when I cancelled my membership they still charged me a $58 early cancellation fee. Apparently their 12 month agreement is actually 13 months. This is unethical and bad business practices. I won’t use planet fitness again.

The place is undergoing major renovations right now and they've been rearranging the machines weekly as the flooring is replaced. It's kept very clean but feels crowded due to the necessary tight available space. Should be back up to full square footage soon and in tip top condition.

I had a really bad experience at this gym place, her manager McKenzi is a horrible person , for sure I won’t come back to this place and I’ll cancel my membership ASAP

I called to ask about details of signing up for a membership. I specifically asked if guests as a Black Card member could use the amenities (massage chair, etc) and they told me yes. Once I signed up and went to the gym for the first or second time, my guest was told they could not use the massage chair but for this “one time” they’d allow it. Would have been nice to be told the truth before signing up for a membership. Otherwise, gym is nice and has good equipment.

So, Being a member at another well know gym up the street I decided to visit this location due to its location and i pass right buy it when i go home from work as i live off Mill plain east. I like that its open 24 hr. M-F and then 7-7 on the weekends. I have read some of the other reviews and i am amazed at how many whiners are on here. When you have a black card membership its for you not your guest, they can use the other amenities or the basic amenities. And remember that the renovation is for the purpose of member comfort in the long run. As for water pressure? Remember that the water pressure is much better at your house. I go to the gym for one reason and thats to work out. Get my swole on and leave. So i will be joining this gym in a few months when the renovation is completed. And stop by on my way to work or the way home. I will have black card member ship so i can work out at any location while im working., I just wish they had a pool...

I honestly hate this place. The equipment is super close together. They don't have a squat rack. It's all Smith machines and the Smith machines have waited resistance which kind of feels not quite right. There's no turf area or any area dedicated for stretching or floor type workouts. They don't give out key tags so you have to download the app or wait in line and check in with your phone number. They also don't have a scale or any full-length mirrors in the locker rooms. And your account has to be linked to your actual bank account. Which kind of sucks for a lot of people.I only go here for two reasons it's very convenient and close to my house and I can ride my bike here. And I'm trying to save money so it's cheap. But I would much rather go back to Gold's.

I am extremely disappointed. I love this establishment for working out, as well as the community (very welcoming and supportive). I am disappointed because I was planning on getting a workout in around 9 o’clock, which is normally a pretty basic time for a gym to be open since large amounts of people don’t get off until 8, or even 9. I would also like to point out the fact that on the window outside the facility there’s a large sticker that says 24 hours. If a business is going to say 24 hour on the window, they should follow it or take the sticker down.
