Have all the lockers zip tied so you can't use them and they have the showers barricaded so you can't use the showers either. Your black card doesn't account for anything as far as tanning because it's too inconvenient for them to clean them I guess.I would guess that the management and or the owner of this chain is a liberal because everywhere in the Midwest everything, and I do mean everything is available for use.Some machines are marked that it's social distancing and not available. Which are the same type of machines with two machines to the left of those are available for workout and they are less than 5 feet from each other. So it makes absolutely no sense and their logic here, well there isn't any.

Great facility. Clean.Positive environment. Great signage. Quick and easy orientation during first day.Customer service was spotty. First time happened to be on Thanksgiving day. Everyone was rushed out the door 7 minutes before closing (noon). It felt very jarring.I said "Happy Thanksgiving to an attendance on my way out and she didn't even look up from her phone to say it back. This was surprising to me.

Literally one of the worst planet fitness I've ever been to. The staff was a bunch of kids basically that had no idea what they were doing or had an understanding of what customer service was. Tried to get there help tanning and none of them seemed to know how to set a bed up to be used and once I did get in a bed it wasn't cleaned there were dirty towels still on the ground and a person seeat mark on the bed and when I asked for a new bed they told me they couldn't get me one because of the way the systems set up. Didn't even offer to clean the bed for me. I highly recommend no one going and to use the other one on hazel.

I really enjoy its gym it's open 24 hours a day and they really try to help and i highly recommend anybody to go with black card it is worth it

They were rude to me when I first walked in telling me that they couldn't help me because I come from a different gym but I had my number. After getting that worked out, I went tanning and I only got to tan for 2 and 1/2 minutes before it shut off and then they wouldn't allow me to tan again. This has been the worst experience since I have joined planet fitness! usually everyone is really helpful and nice and these people just seem like they don't even want to be here if you don't want to work here then go find a different job because we want a pleasant experience when we come to the gym it's called good customer service

Very clean, good price for membership and nice staff. Only $10 a month for the basic one. The best one is $24 a month and includes the tanning booths and the massage chairs. Worth it in my opinion. Keep in mind there is a one year contract with a penalty for early cancellation. Also there is a yearly "maintenance" fee of about $43. There is also a start up fee that depends on the package you get. It is less for the higher package. You take a picture and get a keychain tag. They check you in themselves.

Massage booths are awesome. Circuit training / cross fit training. Affordable. Clean. Newly remodeled.

This place gets a 5 star review because of Sam and Serena. Best customer service I have ever had at a Planet Fitness. They have remodeled and this is a beautiful location.
