I love The Vent! Been working out with Bree for over 10 years! There is a great outdoor as well as indoor space. Bree, all the coaches, & people are so encouraging and make you feel so welcome. All the workouts can be modified to each person’s abilities. I love my Vent fitness family!

The Vent has been home to me for 5+ years. It’s one of my favorite parts of my week and an important part of my sanity! Honestly, Bree and the Vent have transformed my health, education and my body - helping me help myself to be fit in body, mind and in movement. I love their focus on mobility and movement so that I move in a way that prevents injury in the gym and in life (moving things, standing more, running properly, etc) and promotes an overall awareness of how I am using my body. Bree is an innovative leader and coach and I love that there is always something new to try, even for those of us that have been around for many years. Coaches AJ and Tyler have also really impacted my ability to move well with great queues about a technique or kills - it never fails that when in stuck on something AJ says some funny like thing that clicks and helps me advance. I highly recommend the Vent to anyone looking to commit to a continuous improvement mindset in their fitness and long term lifestyle.

I have found my happy place. I've always been someone who enjoys getting up in the morning and working out, but The Vent gives me so much more than just a workout. I have found a new perspective on how to use my body more efficiently in all aspects of my life. The coaches there understand my goal of keeping my body healthy and strong so I cannot only really play with my young kids today but look forward to all the physical activities I will do with my future grandkids. And as a naturally competitive person, I was worried about the competition aspect of CrossFit, but I quickly discovered Vent members are about supporting each other and lifting each other up, and who can't use that at 5:00 in the morning? I love My Vent family and I'm so thankful to have found The Vent.

Highest quality coaching in the area, without comparison. If you’re looking to change your life, and do it at the highest standard until you’re 110 years old, The Vent is where you need to be. From my vantage point as a physical therapist, the coaches here have a sharper eye for quality movement in the fitness setting than most PTs I know. Can’t speak highly enough about the entire crew. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend time learning from them!

The best performance/fitness center.. Period... Full Stop...Bree and her awesome team of coaches know how to explain fitness in the easiest of terms. Very down to earth and so fun!I have been a regular for 18 months now which has helped me in all my sporting passions. I am now more fit and older. I hope to keep this trend going for 20 years!

The Vent is an education and training facility with some of the best coaching that you can find. It has one of the most welcoming and inclusive communities that I have witnessed at any gym. Coaches at The Vent are committed to educating their members on movement and performance so members can continue to enjoy and celebrate their fitness for their entire life.

The VENT is a phenomenal gym and community. I wasn’t able to make classes based on my work schedule but that never stopped them from creating a great opportunity for me to be a part of the gym. The open gym was always available and never felt like I was being pushed out for the sake of classes going on at the same time. The trainers there are a great group of people who are focused on improving everyone’s fitness and well being. I started out at the gym setting up programming with Tyler and he helped me identify where I needed to improve and take care of my body and I couldn’t be happier! Lost 30 pounds during my time there and loved every minute of it.

Love this place! They have a huge outdoor space with every thing that you need. The coaches are super knowledgeable. The have modified my workouts to accommodate my shoulder injury. Wouldn’t trust any place else to care so much about my recovery.

I highly recommend joining The Vent CrossFit gym. The staff and instructors do a good evaluation of your present mobility and abilities as well as your goals before you begin your fitness journey. The classes can be intense, but the instructors know to scale the workouts to your current ability levels. During workouts we're all encouraging of each other's efforts. After the first three months, I've made positive improvements to my strength and conditioning because of going to The Vent group classes. I've had some previous injuries before joining, and the instructors have been helping me work through them. I know I still have a ways to go to reach my goals, but I'm pleased with the progress I've made so far. I'm looking forward to workouts and the fun challenges they bring. Now after six months of training, my previous injuries are virtually non-existent (I don't want to jinx myself by writing they're completely gone). The strength and mobility in those joints are back to normal and getting better. My strength, conditioning, and athleticism haven't been this good in several years. I enjoy the workout variety and camaraderie the group classes bring. Again, I highly recommend 'The Vent' as a CrossFit gym to improve and maintain your health and fitness.

Not your average CrossFit gym: The Vent is much more. The Vent is the type of gym/human performance center that makes you ask yourself, “where have you been all my life?!” Lol. The Vent and it’s staff do a phenomenal job of teaching you CF fundamentals and skills w/o any negativity or judgment, regardless of your fitness level. The staff give’s you the tools to be successful in the gym, feel great, and increase confidence. I was not a CF athlete before I joined the Vent and wasn’t sure what to think at first. I was referred by a colleague, was open to it and gave it a try. Boy am I glad I did bc I haven’t looked back. I struggled at first but quickly adapted and felt good while doing so. Not only have I improved in strength and gains, but I have learned and improved on specific Olympic lifts, gymnastics movements, mobility & recovery techniques, etc. that make me feel great and wanting more! Additionally, I have gained confidence that has carried over to my lifts and makes me feel better about lifts I had no idea how to do before. The coaches and other staff are great teachers, friendly, supportive, and just great human beings. Coach Bree and the Vent staff truly push you to be your best, regardless of fitness level or strength. They allow you to perform the appropriate workout needed (Rx, scaled, injured) but always try to challenge you to get better. The gym offers fundamental & specific skills classes, nutrition consultations (as needed), have physical therapists available for consultation, movement medicine classes for student-athletes, Open Gym, and more! Additionally the Vent has great equipment, lot’s of space, and a great community. The Vent gym members are friendly, super supportive, and make you want to push and be better everyday. Great overall atmosphere! The Vent is the place to be! 🤙🏽🙌🏽
