We just started going to Golds Gym in Waco about a week and a half ago. Within two days of beginning our membership we received a phone call from the General Manager, Ryan, welcoming us and introducing himself; Within the first week he approached us to shake our hands and ask if we needed anything and then proceeded to walk the gym making sure equipment was clean and properly placed. Everyone seems very courteous and I'm loving the environment. :)

Corey, the sales person was rude on the phone, not listening to my inquiries about joining the gym. He even tried to hide some hidden fees from me, and when I caught him in the lies he denied and hang up the phone one me!! That’s so unprofessional!!! Stay away!!
