This is the best place in Waco Tx to workout to reach all your goals, Management and gold gyms employees makes it possible for all of us. I highly recommend meeting the team and once you do you will definitely be a member for life. Also keep in mind the cleaning of this place is amazing as well and today's society we all need that.

I’m baaaack! Due to the COVID times I have been working out at home. I liked Golds anyway but after returning from my hiatus I feel like it’s different in a good way.The staff is so much friendlier. They are eager to help especially if there are times I need a heavy weight moved. Being a girl-that is really helpful.I responded to a survey from them and was called within 24 hours. Impressive!It’s cleaner and I see more people wiping down their equipment. Thank you!I love to workout but recently been getting tips from their staff which has really helped push me. Summer’s coming so I need this!!I highly recommend!

As a woman, it has been hard for me to find a gym that feels safe. I’ve found Gold’s Gym to be the best gym in Waco. I love that there is a section of the gym just for women. I’ve grown a lot since I’ve started coming here. Plus, the staff is nice welcoming and helpful!

First I’d like to say that Ryan and his staff of trained personnel are the most courteous professional folks I have the pleasure to know! There is an energy you feel when you walk in the door and it adds to a great workout! I feel at home when I’m at Golds Gym and look forward to many more years. The staff at this golds gym are all friendly and super helpful. Clean equipment and great layout. The other users are as friendly and nice as I have ever experienced. Trainers are excellent as well. Wonderful experience!!

The gym itself is a nice facility and very clean with a friendly staff.However it is very difficult to cancel. Even after you cancel they will make sure to bill you one more time before your membership is actually terminated. I think this is a garbage policy as they're just taking money from people that they know are no longer going to be going to the gym.

Great place to work out! I started going to GG because I was loosing flexibility and strength so I decided to go with a personal trainer. I knew very little about the proper use of the equipment and John is an awesome trainer who has worked out the correct plan for me. Hiring a personal trainer was a wise decision. I am middle age and feel better than i have in a long time. There are also more personal training staff members who do a great job. I am aware that if you do not use exercise equipment properly you can seriously hurt yourself. Also, I would like to add that every time I am there a young woman is constantly cleaning from one end to the other of the building and does a great job of it! Thank you John for keeping me on track for better physical health!! Love GG!

This is the first gym that has made me feel comfortable. They have a room next to the dressing rooms. You can walk in change, work out and leave without ever having to see anyone. As a newb this helped me get comfortable with the gym. I know go all around but this was super helpful when I first started. The gym overall is great. They have a lot of machines so that you never have to wait for long. Would recommend to anyone.

Gold's Gym offers the best classes around; you will get a great workout with any class you take. All of the instructors are dedicated and supportive and work hard to build community in their classes. At Gold's Gym Waco, you are not just a number; you are part of the family! I love my Gold's Gym family.
