Was a member here for 3 years before moving cities. Ryan the GM and the whole staff are phenomenal. Made it feel like one big family. Would recommend this gym to anyone!! Going to miss everyone there

I am a 75 year old woman that loves Gold’s Gym! Can’t say enough about their manager, Ryan as he made my twin sister and me feel so welcome from the very first day that we joined. We had training for a few weeks by John so that we felt comfortable working out on the machines. All the employees are friendly and we enjoy how clean everything is. So glad we joined!!!

Have been a member sometime now, I enjoy working out, I do miss the pool and some of the classes, but all in all even with the changes it's my go too. For the most part staff is friendly, used to be more engaging seemed to care more and be more enthusiastic some of the desk staff seem somewhat indifferent or preoccupied now days,, i used to know their names now not so much, no interaction. Miss seeing some of the members I befriended, but I am going at different times too now. The mgr is awesome.

Love Gold’s Gym! I’ve tried most gyms in the Waco area and none of them compare to Gold’s. I am a 19 year old female and enjoy being in the weights area and everyone around is very kind and motivating. Everyone is extremely kind and so are the workers there. I feel really comfortable being there.

I started at Waco Gold’s Gym a few months ago and I am very happy there. John Pack was my trainer and he not only instructed me about the machines but also how to advance on them. I also attend one of their classes. The instructors help all no matter what level they are at. They work hard at keeping the whole gym clean. And Ryan the manager checks on everyone and encourages them. This is a great place to help you to reach your wellness goals.

Excellent gym, have been here 9 years, gym has everything you could possibly want and for a great price. Staff is excellent, Josh and Ryan and mr pack always make you feel welcomed and appreciated for your business. Would recommend this gym to everyone from first timers to experienced gym-goers!

This gyms atmosphere is definitely so different than many in the best way possible! The staff is very welcoming and caring about their people! They just simply want the best for everyone that goes in there! I asked some questions to the staff and they were upmost willing to help in anyway possible! Ryan has been amazing with assisting me to help me get to where I am trying to get to! I would 110% recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a new home gym to try out or achieve their goals!

Horrible customer service and even worse communication between managers and employees. I tried to cancel my membership since the beginning of covid outbreak. I was told a bunch of times its been taken care of....it never was ill never be back.
