Crunch Fitness - Warner Robins

I just started at crunch and I really enjoy it. my trainer saige has made this experience absolutely wonderful she is a excellent trainer and I can't wait for us to have our sessions together so she can help teach me some more exercises and not to mention the place is extremely clean I'm one of those people I don't like a dirty gym and the last one that I was at PF in Warner Robins was filthy. So thank you saige for making my first day there at crunch great.

Why is this gym so cold? Its hard to break a sweat when the ac is on. Especially on cold days. Ive been to many great gyms in cali, and no one has their gym like a blast chiller.

I believe the manager that they have now is a unlawful manager. She does not know how to handles situations when situations come up she calls coworkers to help her when she should be a manager and know what to say, and do in situations that come about in all honesty I would not take part in this gym while they have the manager that they have now And I don’t believe a manager should leave her place of work to go shopping in the mall during their business hours i don’t thank she should be called a manager. I really do believe that crunch fitness would be better with a whole new management meaning manager in place .

I love this place. Morgan did a great job with training session. I love the fact that it’s in the mall. Very safe place and people are kind. The gym has its peak times but never had a hard time finding any equipment. My only suggestion is is maybe they can do a party theme for holidays or meet and greet so more people can be connnected but over all 10 out of 10

Great gym with great equipment…. I’m here 5-6 days a week and sometimes 2 times a day. however…. This place is filthy!! a living staph infection in locker room. The Men’s locker room at 6am is unclean which shows it’s not getting cleaned through the night. The floor in the sauna is covered in dried dirt and mud. On the gym floor There is never towels in the dispensers to wipe down machines and if there is then the bottles with sanitizer are empty. I’ve never witnessed anyone walking around cleaning regularly either. The turf mats seem. It to be vacuumed. The employees at desk seem to show no interest in anything. No communication when scanning in or buying a drink. Half the time they just stare at phone when you need to buy a drink from cooler.

The gym has quality equipment and a tons of space. However, the cleanliness of the gym is far below par. It is apparent that the locker room is not regularly cleaned. If it is, there is little effort put into it. There is also an 80% chance that the spray bottles are empty and paper towels have not been restocked. This includes the locker room area. I have also never witnessed a worker regularly walk around to clean the equipment. This would be a common occurrence at other gyms in town. Cleanliness should be a top priority.It is obvious these issues flow from the top down. There is a need for stronger leadership (manager) to ensure these things are taken care of.

Customer service is poor. I had a horrible experience. They don't listen to the clients. The classes are hard to book. I was a member for 2months and was not able to get into any class because they were full. Their rules are to register 22hr in advance or 30 min before and I still couldn't get into a class..I paid 96.00 but never attended a work out class because they had the wrong email address which was their fault and it wouldn't allow me to register. The gym is over rated and it's too loud. The gym is not really clean. The Hydromassage bed area doesn't provide privacy people can sit and look at you. Horrible experience. I didn't go to the gym to be stress but to relieve stress. You have to pay for a trainer and they are expensive. Planets fitness trainer come with the members. Planet fitness gyms is clean and they offer excellent customer service. Crunch -The sauna smell like rooted eggs. It's not clean. It's a no for me. Give me a refund. People pay close attention. We never meet with a fitness trainer to learn the equipment. The spray bottle are always put of solution to clean the equipment and paper towels are out. Cleanest of the gym is poor.
