NEED MANAGEMENT ASAP!!!!I’m still waiting on my call back because I wasn’t informed about the $10 for the 360 scan. I want my $10.The app isn’t working properly and the person I spoke with (MATT) said it’s nothing that can be done. Surely IT can correct technical issues. I had to find the answer on my own. There’s a area to report any issues on the CRUNCH APP.EQUIPMENT-HASN’T SEEN THE TEAM WHO CLEANS THROUGHOUT MY VISITS. This is dangerous being we have another virus out there. There isn’t any bottles of cleaning products to do it yourself.BATHROOM-EMBARRASSMENTTISSUE ON FLOORS, FOUL SMELL, HAVEN’T WITNESSED MOPPING, SWEEPING, OR CLEANING YET. Hair in showers.THIS IS NOT SAFE. Who is the owner of this establishment?? Clearly he/she didn’t hire the right team because the CRUNCH name is changing by the day. This is not safe. Not safe for kids either.

Amazing staff!! I was given the red carpet treatment and the Assistant Manager was professional and very knowledgeable about the equipment, and services offered. Great atmosphere, great staff and I’m looking forward to my next workout.

An annual charge of $49.99 stated in a contract that members sign is not a hidden fee, it’s an “I failed to read” fee. Love this gym. Very fairly priced for all you get.

DO NOT USE THIS GYM. Long story short, go to Planet Fitness if you want a gym where you can come and go as you please truly on a month-to-month basis.False advertising of prices and they do not follow the written, signed contract! I joined Crunch on a promotional deal for Cyber Monday in November of 2022 with the understanding and written contract that I would be paying $1 at the time of purchase, $0 for the first month, and $9.99 after that on a month-to-month basis. In January 2023, I was charged $17.97 for my monthly charge. When asking the employees at the business, I was told that my contract was automatically upgraded to where I could cancel for free after 60 days. This was reflected in the fine print of the contract as well that cancellation would be fee-free after 60 days with the higher priced month-to-month fee. I decided to cancel because I didn't really like the gym. I went in person on January 28th, 2023 to cancel my membership. It was a quick process and I was told by a woman employee that I would be charged the $17.97 one more time on the 12th of February, the billing date, and then I would incur no more fees from the gym. I made sure to ask that there would be no annual or service fee added to this and was told no. On February 13th, 2023, I was charged a total of $67.97, exactly $50 more than what I was told I would be charged. I called the establishment, where I was rudely told by a different woman with a southern accent that this was an annual fee and that I'm "not allowed to cancel" without paying an annual fee. This directly goes against what the employees told me in person. Not once but twice I was led to believe I would be paying less and was charged more, with no ability to change it, and was treated rudely in the process the second time. I have disputed the charge with my bank for false advertisement and misleading service violating my contract. My experience with Planet Fitness has ALWAYS been great, super easy to come and go as you please without incurring lying and misleading information, broken contracts, bait and switch type behavior.

I was very excited to workout at Crunch because of the variety and amount of equipment, which does not disappoint. Even during peak hours you won't have to wait or wait very long to use equipment. However, during peak hours, the crowd and the noise are absolutely overwhelming. There's loud music, instructors using microphones in the main workout area, and, obviously, a lot of people working out. Not to mention with all the sweaty bodies, it gets uncomfortably hot during peak hours. Because of these reasons, I have thought twice about keeping my membership.Instead, I have decided to not workout during peak hours, but if you are sensitive to stimuli or have a sensory processing disorder and can only workout after 4 p.m. I would highly recommend a smaller, quieter gym.

Saying I'm disappointed in our experience with Crunch fitness would be an understament. The incompetence is overwhelming! We were told about annual fees after we had signed up, but were told "not to worry about them if we decided to cancel because we wouldn't be charged." We went to cancel, and this was complete misinformation! The manager was super smug and patronizing. She had the nerve to tell us we should have read it and not just listen to her sales staff. However, when we went to cancel, she told us we had to believe what she was saying because she was the store manager instead of reading her cancelation documents. She didn't even try to listen to what we were saying. She just kept saying that she couldn't prove what was told to us. She said that the annual fee had to be collected or we would have worked out for free for two months. So, don't believe their promotional sale information will be more than you bargin for. When we went to leave, she smuggly said to have a great night. I've never been treated so badly by a business before and hope it doesn't continue for others in the area. Our resons for canceling:1. My husband's bar code never worked to book classes no matter how many times they tried to fix it. 2. We were paying more for classes; however, we could never get in them because they stayed so full.3. The evenings were so full of people you can barely get on the equipment. One staff member told us to come during the day is better. That would be great, but we have to work sir.4. Let's talk cleanliness, spray bottles were always broken. I never saw clients cleaning the machines. I would be concerned about covid and other sicknesses. 5. There were always multiple treadmills not working.6. We were told that we couldn't take my 10-year-old into the gym; however, we saw kids from his own class at school working out with their parents.7. The child care area had so many kids in there at times, I worried about the safety of the kids.8. We were promised a free training session and were told not to worry about it once we met with the trainer since we did plan on paying for training. One positive, when we could book a group fitness, we found the trainers to be really great and supportive.

From state of the art equipment to classes to an excellent and welcoming staff, I could not ask for a better gym. I look forward to my time in the gym everyday now and highly recommend this gym to anyone searching. You will not find a better, more accommodating gym for the money. Thank you.
