Nasty people working here! I called about going in to get a membership and they hung up the phone on me; I had trouble hearing the lady on the others end so I said hello a few times she just hung up. I called back and she repeated hung up the phone, then blocked my number. No compassion whatsoever!

I enjoyed going to Planet Fitness and Waterbury the staff there is always willing to assist you in whatever you need always found friendly and considerate. It truly is the judgment free zone. We are all various ages and we all respect each other. It’s just a wonderful place to go and work out.
