It still deserves five stars, because I love the staff! I just wish that there were more racks to do bench presses with and at least one more fly machine for the chest. Overall, no real complaints.

I’m a new member and think the club is very clean and all the machines are in good working condition. My only issue is the times that I’ve been there I’ve seen multiple younger people walking around with no mask between workout areas. One reason I signed up was because I was told that masks were a requirement unless you were actively working out on a weight lifting machine or cardio machine. I took that to mean that a mask must be worn while walking between work out areas or walking to the locker room. I’ve seen multiple people not having a mascon while walking between workout stations or back to the locker room. I think the manager really cares about doing the best he can because I’ve seen him walking around with a disinfectant spray or cleaning machines and wiping things down other employees also. I I wish they would have somebody walking around reminding people to put their mask on when they are supposed to or ask them if they don’t want to to please leave so they are not putting the other people who are following their instructions in jeopardy. I would still recommend those club to anybody who wants to join because other than that it seems to be a very good place to work out. To the people that work there please just do the best you can making people wear masks so everyone who shows up to work out is safe

Deaf accessibility: Appreciated that the majority of TVs have closed captioning. However one news channel did not. If possible, please switch news to one that does offer captioning. This ensures that everyone can have access to the information. The front desk accommodated my communication using paper and pen.Re: COVID Really appreciate everyone wearing masks. However I don't see any enforcement for those who decide to not wear them. Beside that, the place was really clean!

Ghetto place!! The circuit room should be used for circuit training and not by those who sit on one machine for 30 minutes interrupting the circuit workout. Staff should also help and support the rules of the facility. Signs are posted for a reason. Jazz hand staff member needs customer service training.

Saul G. the manager at this location is absolutely amazing. He's attentive, kind and loves to make conversation and make you feel welcome from the beginning. You can tell he appreciates his staff and his members. Highly recommend this superb club :)

My favorite Planet Fitness! I have visited several locations during my travels and this location is by far the best. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, it's clean, love having the individual bottles and maintaining the social distancing. Even though some of the guys on the weights in the morning refuse to wear masks properly, the staff is professional in reminding them to please for the safety of everyone, wear the mask properly ! Just wish they could add on the wall hooks to hang coats, keys, etc like I have seen at some other locations which is my only criticism.

Company wouldnt let me cancel my membership until I pay my owed annual fee and monthly fee. So in the meantime they are overdrafting my bank account every few days and destroying my credit. Was waiting until my next check to fulfill this debt but in the meantime they've overdrafted my bank account by 60$ in overdraft fees and made my next check deposit inaccessible to pay them back. Worst predatory company to ever exist, literally go anywhere else but here.

Planet Fitness is awesome the staff their are very inviting and they always make sure the equipment is clean. The manager Aaron is always making my experience the very best it could be.Planet Fitness u rock!!!

With Covid 19 still going strong in my community i do not feel the time is right for me to go back to the gym. The fact that i am required to go to a facility to place my membership on hold or cancel during this pandemic is absolutely ridiculous and there for will be canceling with no plan on returning to this organization.

I've been in working out here since December. Love the place, very clean! The only thing that is a annoying are the napkins to clean the equipment after you're done. They need to budget in wipes instead of having to touch a bottle of Lysol after other people. I have watched women go to the bathroom, not wash there hands and go straight to touching the bottles 2 clean the equipment. Other than that I would advise anyone to work out there.
