I love the variety of machines and free weights, the room for stretching, the cleanliness of the facility including locker rooms is huge, and the friendliness of the staff. I just wish they'd have a spa and a pool.

As an 18 year Xperience/Cardinal Member:Xperience:Pros- large size, free weights, variety and quantity of cable machines and cardioCons- questionable integrity (confirmed), dirtyPFPros- clean, nice staffCons- barely any free weights, no cardio variety, limited quantity and variety of cable machinesAs for charges everyone is mentioning, after waiting for 6 weeks on PF, I had to cancel my credit card since PF was charging the Xperience fee which is 3x what PF is.

I revised my Initial review because after I posted it, I got a very quick response from the owner. It is a very nice club. They recently added a 5th Smith Press and some more dumbbells. Really like the club.

We have been told for 3 months since Experience closed and transferred our membership to Planet Fitness that we can stop membership. They have continued to take out $19.79 each for my husband and I. The old “checks in the mail”. They now owe us $118.74 and we have to make another trip there to tell them again to stop the membership that we didn’t want in the first place! Poor customer service!

My husband and I were members at Xperience fitness, and when that closed our memberships transferred to Planet Fitness. We decided not to keep this membership for many reasons, but we were told we had a free month, so we figured we would try it out. We have been charged in July, and went in to cancel, the membership was under my 5 year old sons name! We got charged again, and my husband called and complained. We still haven’t received refunds, except 1. There were 4 charges in July, and then we were just charged AGAIN today. We cancelled. I would never recommend this gym to anyone due to this, and other past Xperience members should keep an eye on their bank statements.
