Location: Brookfield, WI. Easy access from the highway, ample parking, and a shaded outdoor area that extends from the entrance; an inviting variation from the standard issue parking lot.Staff: I was politely greeted when I entered, and observed friendly interactions between staff and patrons.Inspection: The facility restrooms, showers, locker areas, lounge, tables, and vending areas were clean, stocked, and well maintained, as were the exercise areas — free of dust and debris, trash removed, cleaning stations stocked, all equipment working.The only drawback is that the locker room/s, PF 360 / Stretch and 30 Minute Workout areas are cramped when it’s busy.This location gets “a clean thumbs up” and 4.5 stars.April 2023: If you see something in a PF that needs attention, bring it to the awareness of staff. I’ve let them know when toilet paper and hand soap are needed; when workouts are interrupted by having to search for missing carabiners, hanger brackets, or a shortage of handles for the cables; if equipment needs service, etc.Staff has addressed everything I’ve brought to them.Respectfully submitted by xk.

Facility is always clean. Staff are always helpful.

I had a new member orientation scheduled, I arrived and the worker at the front desk tells me that the worker who was suppose to do the orientation wasn’t coming in. A heads up would of been nice a phone call, or email.

I like the Planet Fitness I usually go to but this location on Capitol Drive in Brookfield WI was disappointing. I just went in to tan, and literally had to argue with the employee to get him to clean the tanning bed before I used it. I have never had this experience before, and hopefully this review will help ensure I don't have it again.

My review keeps getting taken down! Lol. PF is working hard to have them removed.The manager at Brookfield's PF, Carlos, did something REALLY shady! Corporate and upper management were involved and while they were very nice and sympathetic because of what happened, I will never join a Planet Fitness again. Do not recommend unless deceitful practices such are for you.. I wrote a longer review on google specifically explaining what happened and it's been taken down/reported several times now. I wonder why

1st day going and it was a nice atmosphere. I am just getting into being more active and did a mile!

Make sure to check your bank statements because they charge you more than the monthly/annual fees as advertised at this location. I understand that there is an annual fee of $39, but every few months I had additional charges that they would say was "odd" but never addressed or refunded.

It’s so much bigger and has a lot more equipment and you get what you want in the Brookfield location . I also liked the hydro beds it really made you relax with the darkness of the room. I would come back to this one. Planet fitness is the best gym I have been too. They are clean and friendly greeting and always someone there to answer questions?

The friendliness of the employees,the clean environment,the variety of equipment available and the feeling of there and confidence of accomplishment.
