I love this gym also it was my first time going and it was pretty good I normally go to planet fitness in Menomonee falls but I was in the area so I decided to try it out it was nice

It closes at 7pm. What a joke!!! I am glad people are pay for a gym and you can’t work out after 7 pm on the weekends. Good luck with this place.

Very welcoming! Staff is fantastic and incredibly helpful and friendly! Monthly membership fees are reasonable and a good bang for your buck!

I think this is a great place to work out. Always clean and members are friendly. I also work out in the early morning hours and agree that the staff at this time are nowhere to be found. I did find one this morning on my way out, he was curled up on one of the recliners sleeping. Not the first time I've seen this. Otherwise Top-Notch facility.

They ate my food that I ordered for Walgreens and instead of being decent beings and offering an SIMPLE apology or even offer to pay for it they make up a bunch of excuses and not take accountability. I sent my co workers over there because If I would had went I WOULD HAVE TURNED THIS PLACE UPSIDE DOWN. So while my boss was calming me down she sent one of our team members to talk to them. I WILL BE CALL CORPORATE AND THE MANAGER ASAP. If not suing for theft. They also tried blaming the man with a mental disability when they were ALL AWARE NON of them purchased food from fire house. THATS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

I am on a treadmill as I type this and the person who was on duty January 1st at 5:00 p.m. (updated: her name is Maritza) is literally wiping down every machine including the one beside me and she is literally on her hands and knees as she cleans machines. I just joined this gym and it's only my second time here but I can tell you that I've never seen this at any of the other locations (nor some of the much fancier gyms that I have been a member of that cost five times as much as the gold card membership). Bravo Maritza!!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Overall I'm very pleased. HOWEVER ON WEDNESDAY 5/4/2022 I was injured pretty badly.There was an electrical issue with the stationary bikes and there was a maintenance worker who continually pulled the switch on a row of machines causing me to injure my ankle and knee, While using the treadmill . I think the wiser move was to NOT have guests on machines that would be Interrupted while repairs were being made or until the issues were resolved. I inquired to the man and he just blew me off" like a yeah so what "type of attitude and well as the PF associate. I had to take some time off and ice my left leg. This is unacceptable and dangerous to all guests. The man was an employee who was placing vinyls about United Healthcare placards on the entry door and maintenence also.

I have the Black Card membership that gives access to more and it's work out because I could get a wave massage everyday if I want.But how do get my T-shirt for being a Black Card member. I never rec'd. The guy that works there said "What do you want me to do about it?" (good help is hard to find ... I get it, but maybe you can help with my shirt?)

I don’t think you even knew how good of an impression you made on me. This is to the female worker that’s working here Tuesday @ 4p. You seemed overwhelmed with how much was going on, but still were managing to treat people with attention and kindness. I called you from the tanning bed, you had to press the button to make it start. Your eyes are so filled with light and I really saw so much in you!! I wish you that so many blessings come into your life and you reach your FULL potential in whatever you choose to do.Happy New Year-Valerie
