The front desk doesn't seem to be well organized. Staff members are constantly going back and forth between the front and the staff room.I was told there would be a short wait for the one massage bed that was working. That staff member disappeared while I was waiting, and when she came back a few minutes later, I checked to see if the bed was available. She went to see, and said the person should be finishing up, but I saw the previous person walk out a few minutes prior. They had started someone else in the meantime that walked up to the desk and was immediately sent back to the now open bed. I was told they were sorry, but it wasn't available anymore. It was only about 7 minutes I was standing by the desk, but It seems like there should be a process in place to prevent these types of miscommunications.

When asked why the wifi has poor quality and noteing that it was good last year when I started my membership. I was told it is not being looked into and you get what you get.Also some of the showers are forever boiling hot, it will burn you, give up on adjusting it and try a different shower. Oh also was told that will not be fixed! This location will degrade untill it closes.

I like this location. I've been going for years. The parking lot can get cramped around 400-600p. Staff is generally present if you need them. Haven't had any issues finding a machine...not too many break down. They do regular maintenance and cleaning.

I wish there could be a "0 star" option available on google rating! Staff had me 3 times already to cancel my membership under the pandemic circumstances despite I am in high-risk group!They still charge the next month membership fee even though they knew that I am unable to visit that place!

Just had the weirdest experience, so I cancelled my membership. I lost my little plastic membership card from when I signed up before pandemic. I called to ask if I could get a new membership card since it was lost, but was told they don’t use the cards anymore and they scan in with QR codes via the app. Cool, so I got the app, but still needed the barcode number from my card to sign in, which is lost. I went in to see if I could get my bar code number, but the team member said I didn’t need it. I showed them that I do need it for the app, to which she said “That’s just a bunch of random numbers”. Um yeah, I could have told ya that! A bunch of numbers I don’t have access to lol. She wouldn’t give me my barcode number so I just cancelled my membership since I don’t have access anyways without my card and barcode.Does planet fitness do drug tests when they hire? If not, maybe they should start lol

My wife and I have been members for almost two years. Our accounts were set up with automatic payments. We received an email that we were delinquent. Nothing changed on our end, same credit card, but somehow WE were delinquent.....hmmmm.My wife reached out to rectify it and the staff said there are no missing payments. Two weeks pass and she signs in and a staff member stops her saying we were delinquent by $10. The snotty twenty something bubble headed bleach-blonde says you need to make a payment today. My wife asks how can we be delinquent if we have auto pay? The snot says I have no idea bit it says your delinquent. My wife paid it to date and ended our membership. Poor customer service causes loss of clients and bad reviews. Note to the franchisee: better customer service training goes a long way.

You would think being in a pandemic that people would be more cautious & wipe the machines down after each use (supposed too anyway) but some people will always be nasty...just that simple, to get to a machine and its dripping in sweat. I like pf but i will keep an eye out for cleanliness on machines

Convenient location on Capitol road makes it a great place to maintain physical health via weight lifting, cardio, etc. Location is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and very professional. 10/10 would recommend those looking for a budget location to exercise.

Clean gym just real negative employees ruining my motivation. For example I am 18 and don't look to much my age. So when I am done with my intense workouts I like to finish up with a hydro massage and when I ask to do so I get a real nasty look or glare as if they think i'm to young or immature to have the black card and use the hydro massage. Then they ask for my last name to look me up in a rude tone like they don't like there job or have a problem with a young man getting a massage. Just over all rude for no reason, after all I am paying for my black card membership for all it's benifits not fot rude eye rolling employees.

I really like Planet Fitness. I've had gym memberships on-and-off since I was about 11 years old, and I've never gone to a gym that was as chill as Planet Fitness. It's very clean, extremely well-equipped, and I never feel like it's too crowded. It's inexpensive and you can go to multiple gyms. I really like the Brookfield location because it's never too busy, it's clean, and there are more than enough machines for everybody to use.
