Gold's Gym

Honestly the gym itself is great but management is horrible, extremely rude and condescending. Pushing new family memberships is fine but treat your existing long term members correctly if we decline.Specifically Jonathan just started as a manager and accused me of trying to sneak a guest which is false. We have someone in our group with unlimited guest privileges and he tried denying entry for her based off this. Obvious his motive was to sign her up for a membership of her own instead of acting decent to continuing customers.I may have added her on to my plan if he did not treat us this way.Jonathan has a history of bad reviews as a past manager at crunch fitness, please vet your management before hiring.

I joined this location recently and I really like the staff and quality of the gym. However, there is never any hand sanitizer in the theater room. I've asked twice for it to be refilled and it hasn't. I feel that is very irresponsible especially considering there is a highly infectious disease taking folks out.

I like this gym but it has its downsides. It's clean and the staff is nice. Their pool, sauna, and spa are great. But there is broken stuff they just don't fix no matter how many times you mention it. Like, there is never any hot water in the ladies showers and it's been that way since at least August of 2021. Almost all of their spin bikes are broken in some way and there are lots of smaller weights missing. Kind of a bummer but still nice staff and an overall not bad gym for the price

I’ve been a member of Gold’s Gym MTC off & on for a long period. The staff has always been helpful, but due to issues over personal training? I have put in my membership cancellation request. My advice to those looking to join any gym is? Personal training is a good asset in reaching your personal goals, but don’t inter into any signed agreement with personal training if you can’t reasonably ended if your financial situation can’t support it. I say this not to discourage personal training, but I think no matter how good their pitch is to you about the benefits? Take a look at where you stand financially, if you can’t? That’s fine. There’s No shame in it. I hold no hard feelings towards the gym & wish all who go there my best.

Very Average gym. Needs a lot up updating especially the jacuzzi / hot tub. It's pretty gross and most of the water jets don't work. The tile in the jacuzzi hasn't been cleaned in probably a couple of years and the Plaster has not been replaced in probably a decade

Just started my gym membership with Golds today. I have been to a few throughout the country and I have to say I was impressed with this gym. Staff was very helpful and equipment was in good condition. The only thing I would suggest is getting more attachments for the cable machines. Only negative and it’s not their fault it’s the patrons that go but out of 100 people there maybe 10 including myself would wipe down their equipment after use. Still a great gym with great staff.

Truly love this place and the work ethics of the employees. They have gone out of their way to help us achieve our Heath goals in times of COVID-19. One thing they can do to improve is add cleaning supplies in classes and limit the number of people in classes as sometimes it is crowded thanks.

I have a Request to the owner since Gold gym provide almost all the machine to work out .If possible please provide the TRX aswell , i really want that gold gym should do something about it , since that the only equipment we dont have ..Please its my request to provide TRX pleaseItsan amazing gym with pool and staff is pretty amazing !They provide you the best services and training !The manager Dave is super helpful and niceSteven also very best person can help you with all youe queries at help desk !Reggie is the best Trainer with alot of knowledge,If you are looking for personal trainer i will definitely recommend Reggie , he can give u the best training and tips !Go guy train with Reggie without any doubt !He is the best !Thank you gold gymSarab k

The manager Daveon is the worst, he is just disrespectful and rude, he just speak with soo much hate and disrespect. Has no regard for the term customer service. He is very demeaning and condescending, always talks over you ,he is not willing to help or even listen to your needs or question. Canceled my membership because of him.

Can't say with about my gym. Clean facility with a ton of amazing people crushing their workouts! Nice outdoor facility sure to covid. They have disinfecting sprays and towels. I feel very safe working out here!
