It’s hard to cancel it’s sucks inside gym is ok but they won’t let you cancel

One word scam and rubbers, I never saw gym disrespectful like them first they lie to us by offering something in our membership and later we find totally different then what we sign up for , then i was with my wife at the gym and one of the men workers enter the restroom at my wife without check if someone inside or not, when i moved the situation to daveon wood the general manager and i asked to cancel without charge me next month mostly that I’m giving them the notice at the beginning of the gym after all what happened with me he said no we will charger you next month so I advise anyone don’t go to this gym

Worst gym ever. Warning they don’t let you cancel your membership and continue to charge you. They make you call and number to cancel. I called to cancel and they never canceled it. They kept charging my account and I called to let them know about the charges and they said they never canceled it therefore you’re still liable for fees or they will send you to collections. When it was clear that the representative clearly didn’t do his job on canceling the membership. They lie about the promotions when you refer people, they do not honor them. They have you going in circles, so don’t waste your time here.

One of the best fitness Gym I have ever been to! Best of all, the coaches and members are down-to-earth and just good people. I will remain at the Gold again basically due to Real Results.

There is a shower in the men's room that has been closed for a long time because the drain is not working well, the knob shower are not working properly , there are many exercise machines that do not work properly the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the pool is not heated I do not recommend this place.

This is a place that I do not recommend to anyone, many machines do not work well, one of the men's showers has not worked for months due to poor drainage, the shower knobs work badly, the pool has not been warm enough for a long time . If you want to catch a lung disease, please enter the sauna, the rules are not clear for its use. It’s a GHETTO PLACE.

Terrible gym not clean, and constant homeless are given membership. I signed up for a real gym down the street called Claremont Club. Costs x4 more but night day compared to this dump.If you actually use the facility that would be cheap for you. Oh and I tried to cancel today after 2 years and they said I have to call some number and jump through a million ropes to cancel. Currently at my bank changing my card number. Total garbage company! Go ahead pay for a membership to shower, share the lockers, and pool with the lovely homeless of Montclair. Hahaha enjoy

Made my kid give them my credit card number. Would not cancel the membership? Charge me after I canceled... Only was there for 1 hour. Was supposed to be a thirty day free trial... Would not recommend anybody going to this gym.. Scam rip off.. We'll be getting my lawyers involve
