The gym itself is nice. The company is sketchy. My wife canceled her membership and 3 months later we noticed they were still charging her account.

Been coming to this location since 2016, and a previous location since 2010. I used to really enjoy going to Planet fitness, the marketing, the atmosphere, the cleanliness and friendly associates. Now it’s so packed at the times I go, I can rarely get the machines I come to use. The parking lot is a nightmare. And the crowd meter is for sure a joke in itself, and doesn’t accurately represent the amount of people inside when it’s busy. It’s also frustrating when certain gym users lay claim to multiple machines at once (this never used to happen). It’s too busy for this. Time to build another location. Please get rid of some of the lesser used machines and make room for more bench press machines to make it a better experience for weight lifters. Due to these reasons, today I made the decision to cancel because I can ultimately get the same workout, if not better at home without the hassle.

So clean and well kept. Only heard one set of weights hit the rack. People there were helpful to get my app working and just all around money well spent.

I’m so happy I switched from Vasa Fitness. Planet Fitness has just as many machines, the entire gym is so clean and great looking. The colors are mellow and create a comfortable atmosphere, all the equipment works, and Im really excited to use my other perks with the Black card.Not only am I paying around $20 less a month for my membership here, but the quality of service, the amenities and facility is just overwhelmingly positive. Not to mention their 24 hours availability. Id almost forgotten what an amazing gym experience felt like.

Best set-up for a PF i have seen.-one year later-lowering to a 4. it gets way too insanely busy 6-11 on weekdays. 2 toilets for like 100 men. need to expand 🫨also... dj khaled on radio... and fox news on TV 🤮
