The place is always kept spotless. The personnel are always very helpful and friendly. They have plenty of exercise equipment, including stair steppers, treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical, weight machines, and free weights.

This is the best Planet Fitnesses location. They are willing to sign you upon the club. The Millcreek location said you can only sign up using the app. The staff is extremely friendly unlike the Millcreek location. And willing to help. It is a totally different culture at this location with this ownership!

Been coming for over 5 years! Always clean, well maintained, friendly staff. There is always an employee walking around deep cleaning machines and returning equipment. By far the best run gym I have visited!

Some charges and billing habits are borderline inappropriate. Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime, as long as you pay a fee. Read the fine print, and then read it again. Also, your membership has to be canceled in person, or by mail if you have moved. It just really ends up on the borderline of ridiculous.

Cancelling gym memberships due to medical reasons shouldn't be a nightmare, my wife tried cancelling her gym membership multiple times and Planet Fitness said they couldn't do anything over the phone and she specifically had to come into the location to cancel and I couldn't do it for her, which was difficult to arrange. They charge a huge fee when you cancel and wouldn't do anything for the 2 months my wife couldn't use the gym. If you have ever used VASA and tried to cancel with them it's just as bad. It's a decent gym for sure, but charging a ton in fees upon cancelation due to medical reasons is kind of ridiculous.

Love PF! I was in Vasa, but it is always so busy! Love that they have the hydromassage beds, the beauty lamp, tanning beds included! Its worth the $5.00 extra.

One of the nicer PF locations. Staff is friendly and the gym is well maintained and clean. One of the few gyms that is 24/7 again.

Top notch. The trainers and staff are friendly and attentive and make it a point to say hello and goodbye. Gym is always clean and well maintained. Good job.

This location is very clean. I haven’t had this issue at other locations but they keep the temperature so low that even when I’m working out my hardest, I’m so cold that it’s uncomfortable. They also wouldn’t let me jump rope even though I was off in the corner trying to mind my own business and stay out of other people’s way. When I asked why I wasn’t allowed to jump rope, they said that I wasn’t allowed to “bring in my own equipment” but I haven’t had that issue at any other locations either and I’ve been a member for over 5 years. I also bring in my own barbell pad but no one has ever mentioned me not being able to bring that in.Edit: Bring your noise canceling head phones as well, the overhead music is very loud. One year later and it’s still cold as ever. The woman in front of me is on the treadmill with her winter coat on so I know I’m not the only one.

I used to go to Vasa before I switched to Planet Fitness. I like Planet Fitness a lot more. Towards the end of my time at Vasa it seemed like they always had some machine out of service (not even being sarcastic), and it was getting more and more crowded to a ridiculous point. Planet rarely has anything that is out of service, and when I go, while there always is a good amount of people, I almost never have to wait to use something I want to.
