The very second I walk in the gym I’m welcomed. Been to this gym 4 or 5 times and I feel like I’ve lived here. The staff is so well trained and so welcoming with the perfect amount of knowledge. You wouldn’t BELIEVE how fast they answer questions! If the employee at the time doesn’t know the answer I’ve seen them call the manager and she picks up and follows them through how to answer the question. I know the staff don’t work out for me or talk me into coming to the gym but, they make it so much more satisfying to be at the gym! I mean WOWW!! Such a great vibe!!! MAD props to management!

The staff of this gym is incredibly hard-working. This is the cleanest gym that you will ever be in.Employees are extremely friendly and do a really good job cleaning.The billing process is really open and there are no hidden fees. Total body enhancement machine is awesome.

This gym is awesome! I've been coming to this location for 3+ years. The The staff are very polite respectful and helpful. I rarely have to pull out my key tag to check in because they always say hello and quickly check me in as I walk in. The Manager, Katie, does an amazing job keeping the place operating well. I've only heard good things from other gym goers about her. The gym and equipment is almost always clean, orderly, and in good condition. The trainer, Jamie, is also great for anyone new to working out or that wants to train in a class. Overall, I think this gym is amazing value for how inexpensive the membership is!

I hated gyms until I went to planet fitness. I went here for a full year while in college before I had to move. The membership was cheap, the whole place was clean, and not too loud. The front desk was always accommodating and helped me when I lost my membership card multiple times. Also the guest pass was the best because I would never have stepped inside unless my friend brought me in.

I cannot say enough about thIs planet fitness. From the friendly staff to clean work out areas. They have been amazing to work with during the covid19 quarantine. Sending me work out emails was so helpful. When we were able to come back I have seen more than enough employees cleaning equipment and social distancing signs. I have been so grateful that I use them as my gym and will continue to do so while recommending them to others.

5 stars for the staff! I just love excellent customer service and right now there staff is killing it! Tanning beds are the best, new bulbs, updates beds and always clean!My husband and I love this gym, we both have had gym membership at every gym in Utah and this one is the absolute best!

Great clean gym. The staff was very nice. It appears to be a new planet Fitness and all the equipment was very nice. They also had a leg sled machine. The type you put weights on. I noticed many staff members cleaning throughout my visit.

I only entered the club to obtain information. I was greeted warmly by a friendly Front Desk staff. After I told a staff member I was interested in the club, the Assistant Manager gave me a detailed tour.Her name is Sierra, and during that tour, she excitedly shared details about the fitness club. She took the time to learn about my needs as a potential club member and built a friendly and caring relationship to answer any of my questions to make sure I could clearly see that Planet Fitness was the ideal club for me.Sierra shared how the gym helped her and was curious about my needs in joining. It was as if during the 23 minutes of the guided tour that I was the only customer inside that club for the day.Sierra gave me such an exceptional degree of focus with extraordinary excitement and with a superb friendly attitude that if she wanted to sell me a box of rocks, I would have bought ten of them.I ended up buying the best membership package that Planet Fitness offers. If ever you want to learn about joining any gym, you will receive the best service from the Planet Fitness in South Jordan. Make sure you get a tour from Sierra too.

I transferred here a few years ago from Vasa. The equipment is well kept, the staff is extremely friendly and always cleaning. I love that they know me by name as I show up. I have used this chain as I have traveled around Chicago, San Diego, Ontario CA, New Jersey, and this is by far the best location of all the Planet Fitnesses I have visited. You can't beat it for the price and value.

Love this gym. The staff is very friendly and like that they keep the locker rooms clean. Only complaint is the 30 min express area is never monitored so people go over there and hog one machine when that area isn't for focusing on one machine so I never do that work out if it's busy there. Their prices are cheap though so that's why they get 5 stars
