Valerie who works in the early morning makes this gym 5 stars. Her level of customer service is a rare thing in today’s selfish world. Everyday she will greet you with a smile and will remember your name. I would give her 10 stars if possible. The gym itself is clean and spacious. Nice smooth operating machines and enough free weights for my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in shape.

I have been coming here for about a year now and really like it. The staff is friendly and aways say hi and goodby every time I have come in. They keep it really clean and have good equipment. The layout of the gym is good so anyone can find what the need really easy. The staff is always helpful and don't just stand around like other clubs. There is plenty of space for parking unless walking more then 10 feet is an issue for you. Go check it out.

I travel a lot .I get to see a lot of Planet Fitness locations and this one had exceptional service. As crowded as it was due to the summer hours they still kept on top of cleanliness and keeping all the weights rack and in order.truck driver friendly if your not connected to a trailer. this location is 30 minutes off of my route but well worth it I will for sure come back other Planet Fitness should use this location as an example.thanks guy!

I found the staff to be nice but rude regarding helping my wife and I around. We are black card members from a different franchise and they had us sign in but didn't even offer a tour or point us to the locker rooms at all. Well here is a list of Pros and Cons.Pros:-large gym with plenty of equipment- if locker room with great shower area that is almost private.-black card members spa is kept clean and have a new style tanning bed-clean atmosphereCons:-The dress code (does not say anywhere that shorts have to touch your fingettips?!) I'm posting a picture as well with the dresscode on it. We work put at other planet fitness locations and have no problem. The assistant manager interrupted our workout to basically ask us to leave die to this. She also right after accused some old lady of being a personal trainer to her friend when they were only working out together.- 30 minute work out zone is the brightest lit area in the gym and its location is designed so everyone on cardio machines can watch you as well as people outside. Not very friendly putting people on the spot like that. Not too inviting at all. Hence why I'm sure very few were using it.-havong to walk farther away to grab a paper towel than you do a cleaner. They should be located in the same spot. Of there is no dispenser there then place one or a roll of towels out.-locker rooms were nice but needed some major TLC in the bathrooms and showers.-machines are too close to each other (not much breathing room) they tried to pack in as many as they could on cardio and other machines near by.- staff just standing around counter when there was like 6 of them up there and the bathrooms wernt checked the whole 2 hours I was there.- parking is very horrible due to surrounding business customers as well. Narrow lot runs and tight turns and no one near daybreak parkway knows how to park or drive.- no "thank you" for coming in on the way out.This is my personal opinion and not the company's position.

I signed up on the $9.99 monthly plan and decided to just try it out for a month. This location is super clean and the equipment is new and works great. I enjoyed using this location for my fitness needs. If I ever end up living in the area again, I will certainly sign up again. They didn’t give me any problems with cancelling either, it was so easy and simple.

Love this place. Get in, get out! Always clean! Nice staff. Could use child care to make it more accessible. Classes would be a nice option but certainly not necessary. Great options for tanning beds, has multiple types of beds to get a well-rounded tan at a fabulous price!

I did my free 24 hour trial to try it out and was very impressed!! The staff gave me a tour and did not once push me to sign up even after my workout. They asked if I had any questions and that was it. This was huge considering another place I did a trial with made me feel like I was at a used car dealership trying to get me to sign up. Was such a relief to experience a good gym with good equipment and not having to be hassled to sign up when I just wanted to experience a workout in a new gym by myself. I wanted to try a few places before making a decision and Planet Fitness was hands down the best. They might not have the extra amenities that Vasa has (pool, basketball court, and racquetball) but the staff and atmosphere is beyond better and made me want to come back.

I love this location! The staff is (mostly) great! Being open 24hrs is amazing too- since I typically have to work out around midnight due to schedules. The machines are rarely broken and always clean. The building is always spotless. The tanning beds and massage beds/chairs are awesome. I. Love. This. Gym.

Nicest staff ever!! So happy to be going to this gym and this location because it's honestly the best! It's always VERY clean! The staff is SO NICE, which makes a HUGE difference! And they have all the equipment I feel you need. Overall best gym I've been to! Love it.

This place is so clean which makes working out really nice. They have tons of Tv's, cardio machines, and machines for lifting. The tanning beds are always clean, and hydromassage and massage chairs are awesome! The staff is always friendly and some of them even know us by name. Great place to workout!
