What can be better than 1 hour of high intensity fat burning strength training with a highly motivated coach encouraging you the entire time?

Good luck getting to work on time if you need a shower. 1 star for 1 shower. They have 2 but owner won’t open #2 due to being to cheap to getting a storage unit.

1 Star for their 1 shower. Multiple people shower after the workout and we either have to get our early or stay late which is a shame since they have 2 showers but refuse to open the other one. We have asked for months to just open the other shower. Its very disappointing and after seeing the new Locker Rooms at Lifetime Fitness I can only hope it opens sooner then later with this nonsense at Orange theory.

Great gym, but only one of every machine. I guess it's good because it helps me to pace myself. I always see personal trainers going around helping people which is cool.

I signed up to do the free class online as advertised on their website. I was a full member in London and was advised to sign up for a free class if I wanted to try the one in West Palm whilst I was in town, so I did! To sign up, you have to put your credit card details, and after the class they charged me for the class because they said I wasn't entitled to a free class as I wasn't from America. However, they didn't tell me that before the class.The service was awful, they were rude and I asked a manager to call me to resolve the issue and no one rung me. I love Orange Theory but would not recommend this one.

Their shower situation is horrible. I visited this gym while in town for work and can’t believe that you have to wait 30-45min to take a shower as there is only one shower for the whole class. It causes unneeded stress to your mornings and really makes me wonder why people go to this location to workout in the mornings.

Excellent location and great team. Coaches always make you feel welcome and encourage you to do your best. Facilities are clean and their app makes scheduling a class a breeze. Highly recommended.

The coaches and staff are friendly and helpful. I find working out with the coaches more beneficial than working out on my own. I highly recommend Orange Theory and this location is my favorite. Coach Kevin and Coach Shannon are top notch.
