Could use more variety in equipment like other planet fitnesses along wirh moving fans or ac towards the dumbell rack and regular equipment section as you will get really hot and tired quickly with no moving air around you especially when the sun is beaming outside

Spoke to Xavier on Friday regarding payment as I didn’t want to add my bank information so called for options as he told me to come in they can definitely charge my card instead of bank.. took about 30 min to get to this location once I’m here waisted 25 min. As Xavier gave false information. Unprofessional place

Great Gym to go in they have placed new cardio equipment which is great and all but they are not up to par like the old equipment. The staff is nice and keep watch of the cleanliness

I really like the experience at the gym, but I wish that they change again the hours because they close so early weekends and many people work that days, also It would be great if they put free weights 👌🏼💪🏽 …

Apparently the staff doesn’t like to do their job and not answer phones. I called 4 times and not one answer. Yet, the staff is always at the desk just chitchatting. Had to contact the lake worth location just to get someone on the phone. This place is unprofessional nor do they ever do their jobs. This gym is obviously now for teens as it is a hangout spot instead of a place to workout. Will be canceling my membership.

Plenty of cardio machines, never seen them all in use. Sometimes you have to wait to use particular strength training machines but they have several different types for each muscle group so if one is tied up you can continue your workout on another. Staff is friendly and the gym clean

Hello when I became a member I was told my blackmembership will work with me an my wife. Now with the new club manager now my wife can't join me for the message beds. That brakes a verbal contract an what we was told befor we joined. What the point in joining a fitness plan that dont let your spouse join you is just dum. Just another way make you pay for more membership.

Gym is clean and the bathroom smells good. Staff is kind and always smiling . I think they need more abs equipment, besides that I love the gym. Definitely recommend.

Having to use the app for sign in sucks because it is incredibly frustrating to have to bring my phone in with me to workout when I prefer to leave it at home. I was refused a key card, had to download the app and take up unnecessary storage on my phone, and then after going to multiple locations for months on my membership, yall have a man all of a sudden tell me I'm not allowed to workout at this location, and then FORCED me to take a photo for my profile. Literally took it when I wasn't looking after I told him I do not condone. Then when I asked to cancel my membership I'm told I have to pay 60$ for the remaining year EVEN THOUGH you preach about no contracts.

I love this location for the simple fact that the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any needs or questions that I've had. The location is kept clean and there are plenty of selections of weight and fitness equipment to choose from.
