But sure if these reviews are accurate but definitely the staff I met does not deserve 5 stars. Having multiple memberships in different gyms, this was the worst experience I've encountered . Seem disconnected from reality, asking to scan passport for my teenagers is huge red flag. Who are they policing? Companies like these will fail with such bad practices.. Maybe only this location, have used this gym in 4 other states and never such ridiculous request have been asked.Definitely a hard pass ....

I like the gym although lacking in numbers of certain equipment. A lot of people like utilizing the free weights. So the smith machines are almost always being utilized for longer periods of time because their are no barbells. Only one leg press machine. The bathrooms are clean, the gym is clean and everyone seems to take responsibility when using machines by cleaning same. Good overall.

This particular location is my favorite so far. It’s clean, staff almost always greets you, and it is updated. This chain is not the best gym for strength training. There are A LOT of cardio machines but only 4-5 smith machines which are almost always in use. No free weight barbells, squat rack. Not a lot of variety in terms of equipment but that’s standard for planet fitness. I’ve stayed with PF because I travel across the US for work and there’s ALWAYS a PF near me. For $10-$20/month, it does the job.

Not enough men's stalls and the showers still take a long time to get warm. Plus the toilets in the stalls are the worst I have seen anywhere. The water is right under the seat which leaves no room for a man.if you catch my drift. Also would be great if 24/7 .limited weekend hours suck. . Other than that good.

This is a wonderful gym although where is the person in the front that in monitoring who comes in and out there is ACTIVE shooters out there. they have been sitting in the back for 15 mins now getting a massage trash is filled let do that instead . I do not want anything happening to me when a shooter comes in !!

This used to be a better gym. Nowadays equipment is constantly in disrepair with out of order signs. The equipment never gets repaired and thus there are less machines for customers which is super inconvenient. There is no excuse for this. There's no way they can't get technicians to come out and service these machines. Maybe it's time for crunch fitness?Update one week later, all machines remain out of order.

Always love coming here! Customer service is phenomenal. You're greeted as you go in and out, and they are always really friendly and helpful.

Amelia an employee there was extremely rude I was just asking typical questions about charges, cancellations etc. and she was in no way polite when answering my questions. Never dealt with such poor customer service.

Clean and plenty machines. Would say they have 2x+ of most machines been going 2 months everyday and have had minimal waits even at high capacity.
