Decent enough. The price is certainly reasonable, but brings many caveats with it.PF is geared toward women, obviously, but that really doesn't quite capture the overbearing nature of their attitude towards men. Every wall is plastered with rules (about how men need to behave) regulations (about how men need to dress), or motivational soliloquies using distinctly feminine phrasing. All of that would be wonderful if PF was actually a gym for women, like Curves, but seeing as how it's unisex, perhaps they could dial the "all men who lift are douchey gym bros" notion back just a bit. I'm all for creating a safe, clean, healthy gym environment, but PF needs to get over itself. Trust me, they don't actually care how you look, or how you feel. the average PF has over 6,000 members, yet they can only hold ~300 at a time (and when was the last time you saw one packed wall to wall?. Contrary to every sign asserting that PF is where "you belong", they actually need 95% of their clientele to stay home and not use their equipment in order to operate. They literally don't want you in there, but they do want you to pay for it.There are no pressing benches at PF, ostensibly to keep anyone who has progressed passed the point of lifting infancy from even considering a membership. Four Smith machines are what PF considers adequate (for 6,000 members, don't forget) and you're expected to find time to get a bench workout between everyone else who also need the Smith to work on a host of other excersises that would normally be done elsewhere at a real gym.So like I said, many caveats. This place is more a budget health club than a gym. The bottom line is there are FAR better options for more coin, but if you're on a tight budget or need a place close by to do some quick lifts, this works.

I just signed up last tuesday for the .25 sign up promo. I was told that my account would not be charged until october 17. I wake up on friday morning, 9/21/18 to find my account charged 23.61. When i called up the royal palm location, I was insulted to be told that maybe i forgot about an account of someone else's that i was to pay for. That was just not the right thing to say. Long story short, money was taken from my account before my agreed term per a contract. I am told that there is no manager till monday at this location which is ridiculous. the customer service here sucks. i will be canceling my membership once my refund as been processed. Oh, and i have to wait to monday to even talk to a manager and get my refund processed, which then it takes 2 weeks for my money to come back to me. It didnt take them 2 weeks to take it, but i have to wait 2 weeks to get it back. Im so pissed, but I am not gonna curse or insult anyone. I will cancel and go to YouFit.

It's a good gym, but their trainer-staff working the floor are aweful about pushing you off equipment if they have a class and the 30 min tabata area is usually being used by people not doing intensity training. Otherwise a nice, clean facility.

Since they changed locations(same plaza) they have really stepped their game up! The locker rooms are beautiful! Plenty of showers/changing stalls/restrooms and locker space. Seperate area for you to get ready if you're like me and workout on your lunch break lol.

I have been very pleased with this gym from the very moment I joined. Sam, the manager, is efficient, friendly, approachable and eager to help or resolve issues you may have. Two of the attendants, Olivier and Darrion are also very friendly and Darrion wished me a happy birthday two days prior to my birthday. That was very nice of him and I truly appreciated it.

The gym has everything you need to get a good workout in. The equipment is still new and the establishment is kept clean by it's pleasant staff. Keeping things clean and tidy is the biggest selling point for me in terms of gyms and this one does a great job at it.

For the price you pay for this gym, you really can't go wrong. It doesn't have a pool or some of the features other gyms have, but it's clean, has tons of equipment and the price is impossible to beat.

I am inexperienced as far as which machines to use, and how to use them. After doing cardio, I went to the front desk to ask for help in choosing which machines to use to work on my chest and the gentleman i spoke to said he was a trainer and that i could get help monday-friday. I asked him if he could at least show me which machines i can use and instead of coming from behind the counter to show me, he just pointed in the direction i should go and was saying things about the machines. I had no idea what he was talking about or where exactly i should be going. I Felt like he was rude, and just didnt want to help me. I was embarressed, went to my locker and grabbed my stuff to leave. As i was leaving i asked to speak to someone about this situation and the three gentlemen behind the counter told me there was no one i could speak to. I left in tears, and completely discouraged. Im pretty sure that when this review is read i will just get laughed at, or someone will roll their eyes, just as the guys behind the counter did.

Everything is clean and working. Staff is friendly. The client base is respectful to one another and clean the equipment after each use. 5 stars if it wasn't always so packed.
