Lifetime Fitness In Westminster Colorado pays there employees very poorly. I’m a certified rock climbing instructor as well as a first responder with lots of climbing experience. As the previous supervisor of the Rockwall team, I do not believe $14/Hr is a living wage and I’m hoping that the future rock walk team is compensated for their hard work.

Does not even get a half star rating from me.(Had to do at least one star to be able to post this) Horrible, horrible customer service. Been a member for so many years and while explaining my issues they show no empathy and put the blame in my court and have the audacity to say " It is what it is!" Save your money, go elsewhere.

Life Time is a great gym. I first heard from this gym when it was announced that it would be the first chain that would support pairing an Apple Watch with the cardio equipment to see and share running stats. I’ve been to pretty much every Life Time in Colorado and they have the Apple Watch sync enabled. This one seems to be the only one that doesn’t and it’s just the software that doesn’t work cause the equipment is the same and even has the pairing logo. I’m upset cause I like to track my progress and pretty much everyone at the gym has an Apple Watch and would like to have this enabled. Update: they disabled it again :(

The price point weeds out some of the riff raff. But ironically it's the staff here who doesn't have gym edicate. Many of them are maniacs who will mess with you, your stuff, and do all of the macho things that you pay a premium to avoid.Theres one place in the back to sort of hide from these tyrants that they call the alpha room. But the other day one of the trainers came in and changed all the way down to his jimmys while i was working out, yesterday the staff fully took the room hostage, not during a class, scattering weights and stuff everywhere with no room for the people paying for a membership to work out. And today, they claim they were doing a personal photoshoot, only for themselves saying the one room to escape is closed. Theyre egomaniacs.Sauna isnt better , the only people causing problems are the staff. On the phone, loud, no personal space. Also a few days ago one keeps holding the sauna door opengoing in and out loosing about 20 degrees of heat.Im ironacally way less mentally healthing after wasing 3 months payimg a premium here because these people made me so mad. Canceling immediately.

Lifetime fitness in Westminister is the best! The concierge service personnel at the front desk are always very friendly and the staff in the child center are awesome. My kids are always excited to return. They are always engaging them in fun and challenging activities. We really appreciate you all.

Changing my 5 star review to a two star review.I moved far from here about 2 years ago and was heartbroken that I wouldn’t be able to come here anymore. I moved back in November and the first thing I did was sign back up for lifetime. In the two years I was gone, the price jumped from $87/month to $120. With absolutely zero added value, in fact:it’s busier than everNo longer 24 hoursStaffing has been cut so much that cleanliness has been affectedI feel like other chains like vasa, local Rec center and chuze are catching up in equipment and value while being a quarter of the price.Lastly the fact that I could create my membership over the phone and had to go in person to give them a digital signature is so gimicky it feels cheap on their part that if I. Cancel on February 12th I have to pay a prorated rate until march 14th 🙄I’m clearly bitter, there’s great things about this placeif you love the glamour of the gym it’s by far the most beautiful and a huge selection of equipment and add ons, including the huge sauna. But as someone that was so loyal for so many years it’s been really disappointing going back.

Knocking off one star because it is both busy and comparatively expensive. I wish it could pick one, and I would pay more for less crowding. However, I don’t think that there are any gyms in the area that can compete with the variety of equipment, the facilities, and the staff. It’s a good gym.
