Wow.So as previously mentioned, I’ve been doing a tour of Life Times near the Denver area and by far this is my least favorite. Some of The machines are older and the mens locker room was a mess. I went there around 10a on a Tuesday morning and towels were all over the locker room benches and floors. The floors of the showers had all kinds of water with towels hanging over them. The shower heads were dated and the big one was the old school way of doing their lockers by using your membership card and getting a key. Switch these locks out already. One more thing were the small mens towels at this location. Sucked.Do yourself a favor and skip this club and make the trek to the Flat Irons location or even Centennial.

Been a member of Lifetime for 6 years. I typically alternate between this club and Flatirons. The staff is professional and accommodating and the facilities are great. However, during peak hours the club is unusable. It has always been crowded, which comes with the territory of working out in the early evenings, but there has obviously been a philosophy shift recently to add as many memberships as possible without regard for the overall member experience.I wish I had the luxury of using the facility during different hours, but it has gotten to the point where there isn't value in continuing to try and work out here. Members pay a premium to get a full, satisfying workout at the end of the day and we are no longer able to do so. I will be seeking alternatives to this club and recommend you do also if you value your personal space and sanity. There must be much better experiences to be had at this price point.

I have been here for two years now. It is a great place to workout and the employees are always so kind. Kenny is always so kind and cheerful in the mornings. I gave 3 starts though because when I started here my membership was 79.00, I am now paying 93 a month but I don’t see any improvements so I am just wondering why the membership keeps going up. The other reason I’m upset is they don’t even let you know, you just look and suddenly your membership has gone up. Please do better.

I decided it was time to cancel my membership for now, as I haven't been going in. The membership services people were rude, demanding I come in person for a signature. When I said that wasn't possible, he responded, "Well we'll just keep charging you then. I certainly won't help you cancel."The online chat was much more helpful, pointing me at an online form that lets you do it conveniently. I will never consider rejoining considering their rude member services.

I don't feel happy and comfortable when you guys charge me more than $100 per month but the quality of cleaning your gym doesn't have. The exercise equipment is so bad.

I have been coming to this lifetime location for years along with many of my friends and family. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, no complaints there. My current dissatisfaction has come from the increasing monthly charges with little to no visible improvements. Many have been suggesting replacing the old shower heads with modern hand held shower heads for years, and still no update. High demand exercise machines are extremely limited (such as only a few squat racks, hip thrust machine (1 total) leading to long wait times to use a machine, and not much space for free weights while there is a ridiculous amount of treadmills taking up space that could be used more efficiently. The most troubling thing is that recently, new members have been told they need to pay an additional fee to use the outdoor pools and existing members are forced to wait in line to verify their membership status in order to access the outdoor pool. The young girl working the booth at the entrance of of the outdoor pool asked me if I had my phone to check my membership card on the app or the actual card, to which I replied no since 1) I don’t bring my phone to the outdoor pool since I’ll be swimming laps and 2) how am I expected to carry my card if it’s needed to lock my locker with my belongings? This new system makes no sense and it’s frustrating to be treated this way when the cost of membership is already higher than many of lifetimes competitors.I don’t know whose idea this was but surely from all of the revenue our years of membership, this is not only unnecessary but ridiculous. Even lower budget gyms aren’t as excessive with nickle-and diming their members. This change needs to be removed asap because it ruins the one of the prominent reasons for attending this gym.If things don’t improve for the better soon I don’t doubt this lifetime location will begin to lose its longtime members.I don’t need to discuss further, I would just like for our thoughts and suggestions to be taken seriously by management for once.

Their child summer camp program is unorganized and unsafe. Only 1 teen staff is assigned to a group of 10 kids for in/outdoor activity. On the 2nd week my boy had a nosebleeding incident with other kids. He also learned a lot more bad words since the beginnings of the programe. Today 06/29, the sewage line cover next to their west side grassfield wasn't closed and they told me my child opened it and brought 4 more kids playing next to the sewage well. This is ridiculous because a 6year old under their supervision did all that.

Been a member for over a decade and that is rewarded by yearly price increases and dropping my kids from the family membership because they turn a certain age even though still in college. Now I just learned today that there are no plans to EVER go back to being a 24 hour club! No communication to members, no drop in fees for less access, just accept it like everything else. Towels and 24 hour access were really the only differentiators for this club and they came at a pretty big premium. Do yourself a favor and go to Planet, Chuze, Vasa or even a Rec center.....

Good facility. All the trainers are knowledgeable and I train with Erika P., whom is mindful of my weak points and I've become much stronger. All the peeps at the front desk are cool and helpful. Most of the bad reviews seem to be from people who have over extended themselves financially. The maintenance team is like hawks, for Covid policies, and general cleanliness. The bad reviews that say this is a gym for douchebags and attention seekers is highly incorrect. If you have self esteem issues, judging other people for what they wear during a workout, isn't going to help you. See a psych before you sign up.
