As long as they're collecting money right? Have no problem charging people through the roof for memberships but is too cheap to purchase new workout equipment. Im so glad I don't waste my money paying for a membership here anymore. Read the reviews and take a hint. Sorry to be the one to tell you but three stars isn't that good for how much people spend to come here. You all should strive to make customers more satisified.

Girlfriend was visiting Denver and wanted to go to a gym for the remainder of the stay, which was less than one month at that point. We met with Matt, explained him the situation, were quoted about $190 dollars and told to cancel the membership on the 15th day. I signed up, canceled it on the 16th day, and then was told that there is a 30 day minimum cancellation policy. So I pretty much paid for half of a month for nothing. The final bill is about $290. Don't listen to what these salesmen tell you and read the contract yourself. The main reason we signed up at this gym in particular is that it has two indoor swimming pools. One has about four lanes and is pretty much always used so we never got to try it, but I think both of them have maximum depth of 4 feet which is very disappointing.

Very large gym with lots of amenities. Very crowded during the day but there's usually enough equipment that you don't have to wait too long. I enjoyed the Alpha Class as it enabled me to always have room to work out and the instructors were great.

I would give this gym a good rating because the gym itself is amazing, but the experience I had with one of the employees there made me quit my membership asap! So I was deciding which gym would fit best for me so I went to all these gyms and just gave them a try. I decided to sign up for lifetime fitness at this location but I realized it was too far for me from home. I decide to quit the membership and of course, the same guy that helped me out to get my membership named Matt helped me out. He starts giving me attitude of why I can't make up my mind on whether or not I want to stay because I was hesitant of joining his gym. Well yeah, the decision was set, I didn't feel welcomed whatsoever and for Matt to give me attitude and make me feel like I can't make up my mind and deciding to cancel my membership was so unprofessional! I've never had someone made me feel so bad and with that said I have to give this facility a 1 star!

HORRIBLE GYM!!! $60 a month for an over-crowded dirty rec center, horrible customer service, rude & lazy employees, a horrible smell throughout the bad establishment. They need to be shut down, their establishment is pathetic and a crime. It's the last gym I'd recommended going to. Their owner must be a lazy, stubborn, and the biggest idiot in the world. I've been a member at the lifetime in Westminster, CO since 2011 and it's gotten substantially worse in the last year. Finding another gym to switch too soon.

Our family has been a member of Lifetime for 7 years and I have watched the quality and customer service go down hill. First, swim lessons for the kiddos are expensive, however most instructors are friendly and qualified. The problem is …

Started out great. Then our trainer left and we cancelled our training with the 30 advance notice. The next month we were charged another $404. I have spent 2 months trying to just to get someone just to talk to me and I have only pushed …

I have mostly good things to say. They have great facilities and variety of fitness classes. I wasn't a fan of the free fitness assessment after joining because it was obviously to make you spend more money. Brenda was nice and knowledgeable but we didn't have the money to spend on top of the membership fee. I like the infant room but my baby got colds twice after going. Their basketball league my husband joined was poorly run and the referees were not good.

When I first walked in, a friendly woman greeted me, and that was nice. My attention, then was was shortly diverted to an ad advertising an in-house spa procedure that resembled a "chin lift". This was a little odd for me (but whatever floats your boat) and this was something that was new to me.There seemed to be a lot of commotion and it was very crowded. I appreciated the fact that I was able to get an iced coffee as this was what I was craving.I was turned off by the amount of membership sales reps----all wearing what seemed to be cheap suits and/or recruiting new members. The locker room was open, large, and spacious. The shower doors didn't close all the way and didn't feel very private. The equipment seeemd outdated and it was very difficult to find a place to charge my phone. I didn't have a chance to try a class and am unable to review a class.Overall, I felt that that this gym was very commercial, mainstream, and seemedto focus on sales. There did seem to be a lot of options which could be a good thing---the hours are super flexible, there are tons of classes, and you could schedule a chin lift. The gym, the environment, and the available equipment helped me come to the conclusion that this was not the place for me

I have been a member here for many years and really like this center. I especially come for the aqua classes. The classes I attend are developing a good attendance, which is important because there is often a concern that classes will be removed if enough people aren't coming. The pool is great in the Summer, excellent lifeguard service. The lockers are clean. I've never been pressured to pay for more services. All in all, it's worth the price.
