Nice gym, but the prices keep going up. It seems like they raise the prices a few dollars every month. Not worth it for me. There's too many meat heads and teens that hog the equipment. They either use 10 things at once or they sit there and play on their phone while you wait.

I’m giving 3 stars because that the average of different assessments of this gym.Equipment/classes/gym: 5/5 stars goes towards this because the equipment whether it’s machines, free weights, treadmills, bikes, or whatever you wanna consider is top grade. Rarely is there a machine out of order and there is usually enough equipment to keep you busy even when the gym is crowed.LifeCafe: 5/5 the employees working here are kind, timely, and make great food, shakes, and it’s a great place to study, work, or talk among friends.Pool: 4/5 lifeguard staff usually consists of teenagers (as most lifeguards are) and I’ve noticed that sometimes (especially in the summer at the outside pool) they can act, well like high schoolers and teenagers who just wanna have fun. While some are professional, sometimes it makes me wonder who hired them. The pools are relatively always clean and the hot tubs are hit and miss with random towels laying all over the pool deck but other than that it’s good.General staff: hard workers, kindSales membership staff: 2/5 stars. There’s some good sales people but a lot of them are rude, walk around the place like they make 6-7 figures and try to push random bs on you. The same goes with some of the greeters and front desk staff. Not all are bad and some are super kind and helpful but that’s the theme I’ve noticed.People who work out there: 2/5. If you want to avoid the flat cap backwards, douchebag, meat heads who may or may not be on steroids, I would suggest you avoid the evening hours. This gym attracts A LOT of these types of people are simply just so into themselves it hurts to watch. There’s a lot of members that just walk around like they own the place and it shows in the way they interact with people and the other people they talk to at the gym.Cleanliness: 4/5. I think this just depends on how staffed the cleaning crews are. Sometimes it’s immaculate and other times I notice things but it’s never been horrific.Recommendation: if you want to work out at a place for the equipment, machines, etc. don’t waste your money here. If you’re looking to spend time at classes, use a sauna, hot tub, pool, (outdoor pool during summer) utilize a cafe, a full gym, and a place that offers child service. Then it’s worth it.I’ve been a member since 2016

The ladies that work at the life cafe are always courteous and friendly, never a problem with them. But there was some kid today that just seemed like a disgruntled employee. Seemed annoyed to take my order and when he gave my card back to me basically threw it down in the counter at me. Then when my drink was ready he did the same with my straw. I know it seems rather petty to complain about but I just it just left me leaving like what the heck was his problem. Other than that life care is great.

Clean and never a wait to use high quality equipment. Plenty of instructor lead classes to choose from. The outdoor pool slides is definitely a premium feature! I get my haircut in the salon. Super convenient.

By far my favorite of all gyms. I'm friends with all the staff. They're always so helpful and polite, from the front desk to the personal trainers, even to Jill the General Manager, they all do a great job at keeping me coming back to this gym. They have so much equipment upstairs, a huge locker room, pools, saunas, the Cafe, the Lifetime Spa. Literally this gym has it all. Check it out, you might even meet me 😂

I know it is more expensive than most, but you get what you pay for. The indoor pool is very nice and open year round. The outside pool is awesome and a great place to go with the kids during the summer. The layout of all of the equipment is spacious. Even when it's busy, you typically don't ha e to wait. The trainers are awesome as well! They also provide all types of classes as well. This place is hard to beat!!

Great gym. Clean and classes are awesome too! They allowed me to put my account on hold until I felt comfortable going back to the gym. Staff is always friendly but I mainly go to classes and use the pool in the summer.

This gym at Westminster is like a resort. It's gorgeous, beautiful outdoor pool plus 2 inside all of which are sparkling clean. The outdoor pool area is expansive with lots of inviting plush couches or lounge chairs to sit on. Hot tubs are super clean and relaxing. Tons of Octane fitness machines upstairs so no wait for these, lots of treadmills as well. Weight room is huge, locker rooms are so nicely laid out, clean and not crowded with plenty of fluffy towels and to add to the beauty is the cafe which serves a ton of healthy food items. It's like a Four Seasons style elegance. I love going here!!

When you offer discounts to members to give you a good online review to boost your marketing, something is wrong with your company. The personal trainers are disgustingly rude and CLEARLY aren’t steroid tested, especially a trainer named Nikki who looks like a man. Disgusting and quite disheartening. Trainers use their job to market out their own personal training companies (fit2nik) and push their steroids to clients at bodybuilding shows. I was offered testosterone as a man and quickly stopped my training sessions because of it. Hard pass on this gym and I was only a member for a month!

Corporate greed and terrible business model.Beware of the cancellation process! I signed up many years ago. After not utilizing the services as intended,I put the membership on hold for $10/month. I was still using spa services monthly, so no big deal.I eventually stopped going to the spa so for years it was on my to-do list to cancel membership completely. They make it so difficult! Told me I needed to send a "certified" letter to corporate with a 30 day notice. Fine. With life being as busy as it is, they count on the fact that this isnt the highest of priority and will eventually get forgotten about.Needed to change my credit card number due to fraud. So I started getting notices for dues owed. I quickly started to cancel again. Same process, certified letter, although this time they said I could walk into the club. So I did. Manager helped cancel membership. I owed $20 for the 2 months they couldn't charge my old card. I asked her kindly to take care of it as Ive been trying to cancel for years and haven't even visited the club for that time. She made it sound like she took care of it.I then started getting harrassed by corporate. Several emails. I told them about my conversation with the manager. Theres no notes they say. I was told to call the club and speak with her. So I did. 2 days later, no return call. No resolution.I'll send them their $20. to stop the harrassing emails. But I'll never step foot in a Lifetime ever again!
