This place is the epitome of gyms getting to big. My wife wanted to try it out but after being harassed almost a week after joining and feeling very uncomfortable she requested to cancel. you see a week from point-of-sale they asked her "to prove that she was the mother of our daughter?" Those were the exact words. I asked multiple times for the club manager Mike and their corporate office to provide a company policy that requires mothers with different last names to provide this information? They could not provide any clause in fact the only thing they could send over was one line in a bunch of legal jargon that said they had the right to question anybody, about anything, anytime?Fast forward a month my boss who's been a member down south for 10 years and had never had to provide this information for two children that have different last names from his is really wanting me to join the Parker location so I can train him being that I'm a former personal trainer. While at the Parker location I asked if this is mandatory or protocol for them and they look at me dumbfounded like they'd never heard of that and are like "absolutely not" and start laughing. So anyway I join on his card with plans to drive 45 minutes out of my way to avoid this location. We're working out there for almost a month and it's great.A couple weeks later my wife decides that she's not going to let other people affect her happiness since the gym is literally in our own backyard. the closest options are literally 20 minutes in each direction. Instead of Mike the GM and the head trainer seeing us and walking up and greeting us or trying to make amends. I get a cold stare down from our sales guy who literally owns one suit and the next day my membership is canceled for absolutely no reason? They did not provide a reason when I asked for one? I never canceled in writing or verbally? And they had someone from corporate named bab do it because they couldn't stomach a phone call or a reason. This place is a head trainer and GM that will never be above this gym in their careers and its affected by gossip and nepotism. I've seen it before in gyms I've managed. This is their world and they seem to want to control it as much as they can even when they're in the wrong. you guys know there's no company policy regarding this and if there was you would have approached it at point-of-sale and not weeks later. it's funny because our last day there we talked to a grandmother who was there with her daughter's children who obviously have different last names. She had just signed up and had not been asked to prove guardianship via birth certificates? however, she was the same color skin as her grandchildren. If this gets to ownership or corporate or anybody that actually cares or knows how this one location operates. I have recorded phone calls of all these conversations and emails. I have a recorded conversation with the GM Mike stating he's sorry for letting us come there for a week to do several training sessions and then for some reason at a later date that they asked for our daughter's birth certificate? "To prove she's ours". do you know what that sounds like to someone whos brown that has a white skinned child that already experiences this sort of stuff from time to time? They've never responded with any company policy that says they can request any child's birth certificate at any time. They've never responded to why they cancelled my membership that was not tied to this account whatsoever? They've never returned an email or phone call when I asked to why I was being canceled? Why did you cancel my membership Mike? We provided you the birth certificate against my judgement.Update:. I worked out with another one of my friends who surprisingly is white and is married to a white girl. However her ID hasn't been changed so she has to sign up under her maiden name. Take a wild guess on if she was asked to prove if she was the mother of her children in the kids club? Add this to the three other friends I found on Facebook.

Fantastic gym. Absolutely huge, with 3 pools, yoga & pilates studios, basketball court, studio spaces for Zumba and other cardio activities. There's a healthy cafe and a salon as well. You'll never have to wait on a machine and everything …

**BEWARE** As a previous reviewer mentioned, you are now automatically subscribed to their magazine, which I too had been throwing away. I just /happened/ to see on the cover today that UNLESS I OPTED OUT I would begin to be charged for it. …

A huge shout out to lifetime for how clean your facility is! Before covid it was always clean and I always saw someone cleaning. One of the many things I love about this place. But since covid19 you guys are doing an absolutely fabulous job! Employees are always cleaning dumbbells and machines and other things off. Even the employees in suits! Thanks so much for helping to keep us safe!

I really struggle to understand the 1- star reviews. I came here from 24 hour fitness and this gym isn't even a valid comparison. The gym is clean (I've seen staff pressure washing steam room and showers), equipment is well maintained, and there's more than enough equipment available when the gym does get busy. All the comparisons to other club gyms are a joke.

Sure the price is a bit more than your average gym, however you get a decent value for the bucks. 24hr pool, gym, sauna and much more. The facility is usually very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Any time a machine is down its for no more than a couple of days which is great!

I love love love this place. I have had many gym memberships over the years, and there is no comparison. From the pools to the weight room to the technology. There is so much to do you won’t ever do it all. The staff is super nice and they have good energy. My kids can swim while I work out. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible gym and horrible customer service! They don’t care about your health, all they want is your money.I had a “free” membership through my previous employer and I never went, yet they charged my card and when I called to get my money back it was endless “oh that manager isn’t here, here’s her voicemail” or “she’ll give you a call back.” No one EVER called back.I disputed it with my bank and got my money.I left that employer weeks ago and now they’re constantly harassing me saying I have a balance due, ha pleaseeee. There are way better gyms out there, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.
