Several YEARS, I have maintained my BLACK CARD membership. I've had as few visits, if not fewer, than months I've paid, (on time, everytime) and ive rarely been treated, or simply accepted, checking in. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I ask for a hydro massage, I get the same reaction......"we'll, are you a black card member?" I just checked in right before their eyes, yet I'm forced to go over it again.....and again... 1 employee, at this location, I can say, is non judgemental. ......and this location is not even my home location. Ive been there, maybe twice, because of the attitudes and scrutiny of the employees. 3 locations, in the Denver area, I will never step foot in again. This one is very close to being next on that list I've tried to change my home club. Can't.. .. big perks with the black card.!!I came in this morning right at sun up....and got stared at...literally...not a word spoken, stared at....I went to schedule the next hydro lounge...and he walked over, I feel like with a smirk.. no "good morning"...no "enjoy anything!!!I have to question, why, I'm getting these attitudes?? There's no history bc I haven't been in a club, regularly enough (although, they've regularly taken my payment), for them to have a reason.The only answer....contrary to the famous slogan... Is judgement!!!I say this, bc I've been so bothered by this, a year ago at least ,that I've stopped and literally researched. Watched the interaction with other members.... It's sad. I didn't come to a single club for a single visit, in over 8 months. 8 months, for which I paid, on time, over 240-250$?? Maybe more...I recently started coming again... And I get littered with "upgrade to black card and get blah blah blah.... I AM A BLACK CARD MEMEBER. IVE EMAILED, IN PERSON, ETC....to no avail ..These guys at the desk do absolutely nothing. The placeAt least they could be friendly and ACTUALL support their brilliant slogan.."JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE...Bc, as a BLACK CARD MEMEBER, I cringe with disbelief ,every single time I see or hear that commercial.Not only am I not even recognizd for the level I hold and thhe simple perks I pay overabundantly for, I am WITHOUT A DOUBT JUDGED...better yet, scrutinized.I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in that feeling department... All locations have to be hurting and some probably, coming close to closing....I only wonder, if it's the very reason that they promote against. That would be ironic

This review is one of those reviews where ya just had to shout it out - I visited late Thursday night: early Friday morning on Dec 1st & 2nd. My 5 stars is almost entirely due to the young man who was cleaning the facility. I was there 2 hours and during that time, this young man was seriously hustling. I showered before leaving & noticed at this juncture how this young man had done an exceptionally great job cleaning the entire facility. As I departed, the young man had joined the other gentleman at the front desk and I swear, he sent me off with the warmest, most sincerest of salutations, I just had to shout about it. I regret not getting his name but mgt should be able to figure it out by the day & time I gave above. It is my hope this young man is acknowledged for this and how well he represents PF. Give this young man a raise!!!

BEWARE! Do not bring anything valuable into the locker room inside the men's or ladies rooms somebody is cutting off Locks and stealing all merchandise somehow or another the front desk seems to know about it and tell us the people that they found all the stuff and if they can identify what's theirs? Seems pretty fishy! do not bring anything valuable in this gym. Happens while your on the floor working out or in the shower. Bad Bad Bad. Mgmt needs to do something!☆

Lawrence, the trainer is knowledgeable and caring. He always takes the time to explain how and why we are doing an exercise.His workouts are challenging and focused. With his help, I feel that I will achieve my physical goals.

I have had Geta service at planet fitness. "V" is great to welcome me in the early morning prior to her getting off work and Justin is great informative if I go to work out in the evening after work. They are great to take about.Now in the past couple of months, Leo & Joshua have kept the place stocked, cleaned and are very appreciative if anything needs done. They are hard workers, have a great work ethic, and keep the place looking great. The showers are picked up the debris left from those who lack accountability and respect for others.The music has a lot to be desired, but if I focus on my work out, I am able to block it out.Basically, I am pretty well satisfied. There are mostly great folks who work out there with excellent staff to match.

Everything seems to be not working, 8 televisions out of 18 work, but only 2 have sound. In the 30 minute workout section the red/green lights haven't worked in over a month.

Yesterday I went in needing to speak with someone. I waited 15 minutes because there was no employee to be found. Eventually she came in and said she had to take her son to school. Is this what she was hired for,? To leave the gym unattended,?

Friendly staff, many types of machines and workouts to choose from, clean locker room and shower facilities, and tons of extras if you're willing to pay the upcharge like spa, massage, things like that.

Absolutely love the staff, the environment and the equipment. It is very clean and inviting. I have been going here for years wouldn't change it.

The employees are paid like peasant but worse, the owners are greedy with no plans to stop and the owners refuse to fix machines which people have been. It seems the owners lost all interest in owning a good gym and just went to the "start taking as much money for nothing" approach
