Planet Fitness

I was calling to cancel my membership because I have moved over an hour away. I was told I have to come to the location I signed up in to cancel. I believe there a lot of other gyms that would like my business and care more about the customer than making a monthly membership fee. Very inconvenient and bad business to conduct it in this matter.

Gym is fine, clean and spacious but watching their security guard in the parking fly around was bothersome. I was walking back to my car around 5am and it was too dark to see me, luckily I saw him.

Don't expect them to stand by their membership agreement none of that matters to them. Its just their way of getting you to sign something saying you'll obey their rules.They charge your credit card even after canceling membership. Won't refund any money even though their membership agreement (buyers rights) state you're entitled to a refund of all payments pursuant to the membership contract, less a prorated fee for days of actual use of the health club by the buyer, within 15 days after receiving your written notice of recession.Finding a corporate number is near impossible but when you find it you get told each location is privately owned and that corporate can't really do anything about a refund.

Front desk magerorie or however you spell it, was super rude very judgemental. Just sitting on her phone not paying any attention she could be cleaning or helping in some way BUT NO the whole hour i was there she was scrolling through tumbler. How muxh do you pay these front desk people to wste your time by not working and just sit on their phones,every job ive had i had to put away my cellphone at work and pay attention absolutely laziest and rudest person I've even been helped by I will never come back to this planet fitness

I've had the opportunity to workout in just about all the gym facilities in Colorado. Planet fitness is definitely a generic setup as most commercial gyms but it has everything anyone can need to stay fit and improve their physical abilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful, management is knowledgeable and great speaking with if you have any questions. I decided to leave Vasa fitness due to commute and signed up to planet fitness and honestly really haven't though twice about switching back, I am happy here and get near the same workout as I did before.I do wish they had less treadmills and had dedicated benches for benchpress...personal preference

This PF is pretty nice. Awesome hydro massage chair in the black card member spa. Only criticism is that there are no regular benches for bench press...just the ones that can also be used for squats, etc.

Friendly and patient staff. The gym is always very clean.Edit 12/14: The staff is simply amazing! Not only have they been more than happy to take care of their "gym duties". They have also jump-started my car for me and helped me get into my vehicle after locking myself out. I appreciate them so much! Much love! ❤️P.S Natalie is my favorite!

The young guy at the front desk was super helpful. My son went in looking for a day pass to try it out, we didn't know since he was 14 that I would have to stay, but he set me up with my own day pass too. Since my son loves it, guess I'll be getting myself a gym membership. It's a win for all I guess! Enough to get me off my butt and working out.

Absolutely love this planet fitness location. I live in downtown Denver but choose to drive to this location because the staff are absolutely amazing. They remember your name and make a point to greet you with a smile and conversation. If Allen, Christian, or Danielle are the desk - you’re going to be well taken care of - periodt.

The staff member Nick is very rude. I went with my girls to this gym because they signed up for a summer pass. I was going to supervise my girls while they worked out. He stated that I am not allowed in the gym because I don’t have a membership. He stated that is how all gyms work. Which was very rude. Instead of him asking me if I would like to sign up today or I could show you around so we can get you signed up he said “If your girls have a summer pass they don’t need your supervision.” (My girls are 14 they need my supervision). I said I would sit at the table and wait for my daughters to finish. After they were done. I asked for his name and to speak with a manager. When talking to the manager he kept speaking over me. Because of how I was treated I will not return to this planet fitness.
