The club is always very clean. Most work out equipment is old. I liked to work out in the upstairs area it's more secluded. But most of the machines and spin bikes either squeak or broken or worn out. I canceled, I can go to "planet for 1/3 of the price for working equipment.

i love it, i’ve been here for around 4 months now, i used to go to chuze and snap fitness, chuze was always busy regardless what time you go in and i remember having to wait up to 45 minutes for a squat rack to be free and snap was overpriced for their amenities nothing compares to s&w, yes the prices are higher but you get what you pay for, and honestly this is one of the gyms that is worth paying for.staff can come off a bit rude with costumers but at the end of the day i go to the gym to lift not to socialize with them.

Micayla Vargas assistant manager at this club really needs a reality check and to be addressed on her overall attitude towards members and her staff... I've never been spoken to like she spoke to me the other day I will not be returning. Very unhappy with customer service at this club as a manager you should be willing to approach people in a friendly way wanting to fix issues that come up not with any kind of attitude.

I went in there thinking i was paying for a 1year membership but found out later it was a contract. Really dirty not the gym but the sale representatives. Everytime i want to work out its always crowded. Its a nice gym but not worth 106 dollars a month and that was them giving me a deal. At least the other gyms i went to were straight up about their deals. I feel scammed. They steal from people. Don't believe or trust them.

I used to love this gym with all its amenities and its nice big open area. The pool is also a plus. But lately it’s not been as good. My main issue is the staff that works there can be incredibly rude. They seem to just socialize the entire time and don’t take the job seriously. If I have a question they decide to ignore me and talk to the other co workers instead, and they have me waiting there like I’m some bum. I get dirty looks by many of the staff members here as well, especially that super tall lady. My family pays a membership here to work out, not be harassed. Looking to join a better gym in the near future.

Run. I'm not talking about on a treadmill, but rather run away from this place and avoid it like the plague (or COVID-19 for modern reference)There are some extremely irregular and unethical billing practices occurring here. Whether it's intentional or out of incompetence or a combination of both, it is extremely concerning. From day one, the gym added on a complete stranger to my account and charged me double fees. It took me over 7 days to have this person removed. One of the managers tried to explain that these were membership fees and when I told him I had signed on specifically with a promotion waiving membership fees he then tried to insist it was my daughter. He was implying that I have no idea how many offspring I've brought into this Earth. Another manager attempted to take ownership of the situation and apologized for the mix-up. She mentioned some nonsensical explanation about someone having the same name as me that wanted to add on another person with a different name on their account- mind you, I have a very ethnic and uncommon name. She also told me that despite charging me double, a refund would be more difficult to issue and instead she would credit me one month and then charge me the next.Lo and behold, like clock work, the next month they do something wrong and charge me instead of applying the credit they owe me. It is an extremely uncomfortable existence when you don't trust the gym you're at and have to watch your credit card statement like a hawk for any irregular activity. Like I said, there is some extremely wrong going on at this gym. Perhaps their tactics and methods come at a corporate level. I've heard rumours but will bite my tongue for now. After all this, I called to cancel my membership. I feel any sane self-respecting human being would do the same in this situation. The manager at the gym told me they would have to run it by their "regional director". I've enclosed a screenshot of what their regional director, Jim Gay, had to say.I rest my case.I'll update this post as events unfold.

I signed up for a summer only membership. Then a friend alerted me that even though it was sold to me as a “summer membership” that I still needed to cancel it. I called to cancel my membership in August 2022. They told me I cannot cancel over the phone, that I needed to come in person. I then went to the gym in person to cancel that same day. When I arrived, Rebecca was at the front desk and told me that all the managers were in a meeting and that I could not cancel because no one was available. She left them my name and number to call me. Mikayla later called me that day and explained that for my inconvenience of coming in to cancel and no one being available, she would offer me to only pay for myself for September 2022 and not for the entire family. Today I was billed September 2022 for the entire family again ($189). I would like Makayla’s word to mean something (even thought it’s “not in the notes” in your system). When you are offered the chance to just sign up for the summer, I took you at your word. I trusted what was being told to me. At no point did anyone tell me that my membership didn’t automatically end at the end of august OR that you needed 30 days notice to cancel. Such a scam. They must be desperate for money.

I was in town visiting family and had an amazing temporary 5 day member experience spending time with my Uncle. Shout out to Sean Clark. Sean was so attentive and very responsive given my unique situation. He showed amazing flexibility and hospitality. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone looking for a short term membership or a long established partner. Awesome pools toonThank you Del Norte! And Sean as well!
