I am very impressed with the employees and management team at Del Norte Sports and Wellness. They are hard working and conscientious. The gym is always clean and the facility is well managed. Your efforts are very much appreciated. Happy Holidays Everyone!

I love this gym. It is ENORMOUS and clean and not crowded. So many amenities too! If I lived in ABQ, I would be a full-time member. It is better than any of the gyms in NYC. I was a member in high school in the early 2000s and I'm so glad I can still work out there and swim when I'm back in town now. Great GREAT gym.

Just love this club! Particularly, the Del Norte location. They have a terrific indoor pool, great outdoor pool, Hot tub, Sauna and a steam room in each locker room. Always clean and tidy. Generally, lanes are easy to come by but there is the option now of booking a lane through their app.

Summer camp was a dud and follow-on from management was even worse. My son’s camp counselor became physical with my 7 year old and he refused to go back, even after several attempts to make things better for him. They lost his trust and any sort of comfort while attending, so we dis-enrolled both he and his sister. So, buyer beware, the camp will put their bottom line ahead of the well-being of their campers and nickel and dime you to leave…all while trying to paint us, the parents the as those who should bare the onus for the outcome of their counselors actions and resulting departure.

It’s a great club. I’m fat and out of shape. I go sit in the hot tub and then swim a few laps. The place is super clean. They provide deodorant and soap! Be careful though because the free hairspray looks exactly like the deodorant. Positive note here is that my armpit hair stayed put. Seriously though, a great club.

The new hot tub is awesome. Hopeful the stucco as well as the door and window frames encompassing the adult tub either get replaced or refurbished. The rusted and jagged metel on the door and frame leading to the outdoor pool is very sharp and dangerous. It's quite strange that this hasn't been fixed since I first noticed it 11 years ago................

If only Defined would open up in the same area, Del Norte is old and worn out, many attempts to bandage the gym however time and heavy use has done its toll to the place. Staff is always welcoming and courteous however its time to move on, 17 years, no customer loyalty to those with years of loyalty , just more and more price increases without putting any money into the facility> TIME to MOVE ON, its not about service any longer its about Money, which is fine however without the loyalty of the members and providing a clean vibrant atmosphere they will slowly die off. As they should

The pride matches what you get. They offer so many amenities and the investment they put back into the business reflects it with the plenty of friendly staff, equipment, and enough space to accommodate several exercise rooms. Love the punching bag when I’m needing to get some punches and kicks out. Pretty much any equipment you can think of is available. The only drawback has been when my roommate has paid and set up autopay, the system or staff member made a mistake, finds were in the account, but never pulled out. Even though the system should show past due when we come, nobody addressed it. Kept money in account just in case it pulled late. He went to update the info just in case, and it’s silly that you have to fill out a form in person, but can call a number and update. With these errors a the staff on site should have more access. He did both methods and even showed his bank screenshot showing funds were there Nothing pulled for October and November, and then we get a letter stating we’re past due and accrued nsf fees. Of course, since not our fault all was waived. Supposedly was updated again, but December it happened again and we had to dispute in January for the fees. For a gym that earns so much per client, the billing system should be a lot better than the one I used at Planet Fitness when I worked there a few years ago... just saying paying $72/month at Sports and Wellness vs $22/month at Planet Fitness. I am considering going to Chuze Fitness over these continuing issues. Almost half the price and still has sauna and steam rooms and I can bring a friend or get a hydro massage. Sports and Wellness was my all time favorite and worth the price to me, buy they need to get their autopay together better.

I’ve been going to S&W for over 15 years. They have a a good selection of equipment. However, the showers need to be cleaned more often and the Towels are so-so.The Membership is over priced. The trainers I’ve worked with were very good. They are the reason that I stayed as long as I’ve stayed. Unfortunately, my trainer is leaving, and so am I.

This place is ran by people with no customer services skills at all especially one of the male “managers” who talked to me with absolutely no respect. I’ve had this membership since 2012 and for years my bill is incorrect. Had it not been a gift for my grandson I would of closed this account long ago. It never fails they always over charge me and when I call in regards to my bill I am treated as if it’s my problem and I am the one out of line. It been 25 days since I was over charged 100$ and NO ONE seems to care or try to resolve this billing issueTHINK TWICE BEFORE SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE
