I love this gym! The equipment is always well maintained, the pools are beautiful, it is very spacious, there are many classes, and best of all, the childcare is wonderful. I trust the childcare staff 100% to keep my toddler safe and happy and she loves coming here every weekend. The manager Mike seems to do a good job keeping everything in the gym running smoothly. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews however my experience was so bad I felt it was absolutely necessary to help educate the general public.Laurie Smith- General Manager personally demonstrates and leads an organization with the worst customer service on the planet!! This organization also loves to hold you and your money hostage. Be extremely cautious if you consider joining this gym and make sure that you are fully aware of the cancelation policies that surround this organization. I wanted to cancel my membership however you can not cancel your membership unless you PHYSICALLY COME INTO THE GYM. In today's virtual world what organization enforces this type of policy? Therefore I was forced to put my membership on suspend. After being out of the state for four months I physically came into the gym to cancel. After previously having to pay an additional full month dues because Laurie Smith creatively waited until the next billing cycle to call call me back I now have to reactivate my membership for 1 more month of dues to cancel with no intention of utilizing the gym moving forward. This gym is not worth the $. There are plenty of reputable gyms in the area that treat their customers with respect and also do the right thing while maintaining a clean and functional facility. This organization is not one of them. I feel sorry for them and their obvious decline in their reputation on google and yelp.If I was a C-Suite Wellbridge executive I would immediately take action on this GM considering the poor feedback written by hundreds of unsatisfied prior members.

Seems like a great gym but I got into a tangle with a contract with them. I was 24 hours late to make a cancellation and they locked me in for a year! It's a pricey gym but their facilities are nice. Customer service is definitely lot their strong point. If you're new to gyms this is NOT the place to go. That strange feeling you have to hurdle when trying something new is definitely not soothed here. Watch our for contacts here. Thankfully after a big stink they agreed to move the membership into my husband's name for less monthly and gave us a 6 month leave of absence period so we could catch our breath on the whole thing.

Del Norte Sport and Wellness is an awesome place. They have a lot of stair-masters and treadmills in town that I have seen. The towel service is great, because it is provided and no need to bring your own bulky towel. I like that Shampoo, Conditioner and Body is provided in the showers. The steam room is awesome, as well as the pools and jacuzzi. There are a lot of activities to do here. If you ever forget your lotion, feminine supply, hair gel, deodorant or small items, it’s already provided for your healthy lifestyle. This is an amazing place, they also have a cafe provided with super healthy alternatives like sport drinks, protein drink with vegan options as well as for food. This place is the best gym in town. The equipment is great, many machines for different muscles and injury focused equipment as well. They have simple CrossFit gear for a high intensity interval training. The free weights are in a great condition. You get what you pay for, but I would put the money down for my health.

For god sake it has a pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam room. Its a huge facility lots of equipment. What should the prices be? These types of gyms are 5 times better than planet fitness. Best time to come is 4 in the morning.

I've been going here for more than 5 years now, I started off paying $60 a month and am now paying $90 , what has changed over the 5 years?? Maybe 3 or 4 pieces of equipment added and this was just this past year, is it worth the money and that increase? No, but its really the only gym in the state that offers the amenities it has, compare it to LA fitness or other gyms in major cities and the price this place charges really becomes a joke and disappointment.

I have been going here for 3 yrs now and I love the place. I drive from the west side just to attend this gym. The people there are the best from the staff to the customers. I’ve made some of my closets friends here. Amenities are the best in the city! It cost more because it’s the best gym in the city to me.

This place is an absolute joke. It is not worth the money you pay. It is no longer a good gym.The locker rooms are always filthy and you ask Housekeepers for help and the one short kid pretends to not speak English. We were there on Saturday and I had a question about my bill. I asked to see the manager. I see some girl crying at the front desk while folding towels. I was told by some young kid that the manager was getting a massage. I was totally irritated. No manager willing to help me cause she was getting a massageI tried a few weeks ago to get help to open the locker. Some man who looks like the Jolly Green Giant went off on a tangent about how sorry he was that the front desk staff was incompetent and that anytime I need anything he's the "man in charge".The sales staff is just as incompetent. I went in to see about adding my step son to my account and this kid Alex pulls out his phone and starts texting while I'm trying to talk to him.The equipment is filthy, you ask for help from the trainers and they ignore you. I am so disappointed in Del Norte. The managers are rude and unwillingly to help. A massage maybe is what they need to help paying customers.

I'm not sure what more you can ask of a health club... the facility is clean and bright, the classes are amazing and taught by instructors that give 100% effort and care about making your experience amazing. The childcare options are wonderful! The pool has become our summer hang out and my kids are in LOVE with the swim lessons they're taking. I've never had to wait for equipment, a locker, or a towel. Plus, with one monthly fee you can utilize ANY Sports and Wellness facility in the area! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Worth every penny!

I love it here!!!Yes, it is expensive. But I feel worth every penny. The ONLY exercise I will willingly do is swimming. I also work VERY early in the morning (and thus go to bed VERY early ), so every community pool is out. The Y closed their indoor pool (due to a hot water heater issue), and they now only have a outside pool only open a few months out of the year. So my only option is here. That being said, I don't have to bring ANY personal items (shampoo, soap, ect) and free towels. Super helpful when you only have a moped.Let me tell you about Susan...AMAZING, she truly is.She helped sign me up and recently told me how good I look!!!!Out of the 5 locations they have she is the go to one to help you. Also they have 5 locations, depending on what your choice of exercise is, there is a club that can help with that.I like the Del Norte one the best (best pool)It has a country club feel (probably due to the price)I am by no means rich, or even middle class, but again, worth EVERY penny.
