Almost all "free " lockers in men's locker room are unfunctional. Half of them are locked with nothing inside, empty and stay locked and empty for weeks untouched. Another half is open but with locked door, so they can not be used. Something should be done with that.

And I thought the defined fitness needed remodeling. Decent enough but the back of the house, locker room, showers, truly need work.

Same cardio machines broken for YEARS. How about either fix them or (here's a novel idea) replace them! Manager will give endless lip service as to why they're still broken but ultimately does absolutely nothing. No problem taking your high priced membership fees, but don't expect them to be used towards equipment maintenance or replacement.

Over priced. Nell will continue to call and harass you to come back no matter how often you tell her to stop! The staff at front is to busy flirting with each other and people coming in to answer questions. Last time there the bathrooms were disgusting. The set up of pretty much every sports and wellness is horrible. They have no pool bubble anymore so swimming is only summer. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great place. Group fitness yoga is the best! Plenty of classes.

I used to love coming here (10+ years), but in addition to being very expensive, they would overcharge me all the time, especially when my kids took swim classes. They refused to provide invoices/receipts, so it was on me to check the charges every month and call the main office in Denver. I left for a gym that charges half the price and has more classes. The drive is longer and I would have loved to stay, but enough is enough. I see quite a few familiar faces in my new gym- including former teachers from MSW.

Was visiting for the holidays, I came here on a guest pass because I have a cousin who is currently a member. My experience was nothing but great. Justin was the rep who helped me sign up as a guests, he was very helpful and hospitable. They let me come in as a guest my entire visit and I was very appreciative of it. The front desk staff was friendly, and the staff did a great job on keeping it clean. If I lived here I would definitely join.

They don’t allow drop-ins. very terrible for guests wanting to just try the business out. take your money to planet fitness or somewhere more accomodating

Run down facility’s, free weight section is horrible. I go to liberty for 25 bucks a month and it has 10x the equipment!! I tried to cancel the day after I signed up, I went one time. Now they want 500+ dollars for non payment. As all the other reviews say, poor management. I’ve been to better hotel gyms.
