One of the best and friendliest locations (especially in comparison to the Falls Church location). Though busy at times the staff does well in keeping it clean and keeping a healthy vibe. The manager, Tiphanie, was absolutely amazing, kind, and understanding when I discussed certain issues with her and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and fix those issues. Thank y'all so much!!

Nice and clean facilities. Not too crowded even in peak times. I got a Black Card which comes with a few extra amenities. There is one machine, the Beauty Angel, that is difficult finding someone to operate. They could post some how to signs inside the room, but that doesn’t take away from the helpfulness of the staff. The staff will help you as best they can or tell you who to ask on your next visit. The machines are serviced regularly so you don’t see too many out of order signs.

Absolutely love this location - especially in contrast to the Falls Church location. The facility is always impeccably clean and the staff incredibly friendly. It’s truly refreshing to join a gym that delivers on all its promises. Specific kudos to Kevin, Dominique, and Ambrosia for being a constant resource for all my questions/concerns.

My new gym. They seem to be very honest and straightforward, which my previous gym, XSport seemed not to be. The inside lighting feels like not bright enough, unlike other gyms which are super bright. The inside color is so calm and peaceful. I haven't experienced an issue yet.The staff are super friendly and great people and I would like to thank them for their wonderful job.

Plenty of equipment. Can be busy during certain times, but if you go in the mornings like me, it's fine and equipment is available. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The folks are generally cool. It's one of the better PF in NOVA, for sure.

This gym has all that you need and for only $10 a month. Sure it doesn’t have classes and studios or fancy locker rooms, but for the price this is exactly what I need. Gym is always clean, only complaint I have is that some of their ellipticals don’t work right (I’ve told management but they’re still not all working right), however there are many empty ones so you’ll find one that does work.

Locker rooms are clean. Nice workers. Good price. Good location. Parking is in shopping center so you’ll find a spot somewhere. The only thing that needs improvement is that they only have 3 stair machines and they keep breaking down. Sometimes it takes a while to get them fixed.

Love the updates to the facility and the locker room is kept clean. Only one issue for me, is how loud they play the music here! I can always hear it over my headset, I've asked about the volume of the music but they said they can't control it.

I Like this gym a lot- people are very nice and helpful. I only wish their water filtration machine showed when the filter needed changing- I sometimes go to the gym in Woodbridge and their filtration machine actually shows when the filter needs changing- and I think there is a difference in the taste/quality of the water. Other than this I really like the gym.
