I've been to quite a few planet fitness all over the East Coast but this one is still one of my faves due to the wonderful staff. The mgmt in particular remembers your name and are always happy to help with any questions I have about machines. The manager who signed me up a year ago is still an amazing asset to this location. She is the heart and soul of this gym. Thanks guys!

Decent gym for planet fitness, however compared to other PFs I have recently been to, this one is not nearly as clean and sanitized. Staff stands around and talks instead of sanitizing surfaces, equipment, bathrooms, etc. Also saw staff with masks down on face.It gets busy and sometimes there are no treadmills due to social distancing. They have broken equipment that hasn't been fixed in weeks.But its open 24 hours and it's cheap, so there you go.

The restrooms are always dirty, showers full of fungus and they even give you a spray bottle for you to clean for them. The gym needs more sanitary and cleaning training. There are like 10 people working most of the time and all are always goofing off together in the front desk. The gym is great but it needs professional management and cleaners/sanitary workers.

Clean and great equipment. However, you need to bring your own lock for the lockers. To use the public lockers, you need to ask the staff to use one of their own locks. When it's busy, it will take a while. I've been to other planet fitness where the public lockers have a built in combination lock. Meaning there is no need to bring your own lock or ask the staff to lock your public locker. Other than that, great gym that is open 24 hours.

The employees are amazing, professional, personable, and friendly, let me be clear. My less than 5 star review is for the fact that some of the members at this location are rude. Even if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic, there is such a thing as gym etiquette. You wipe machines down after you use them, you don't drop weights, or cause a general hazard for other patrons. You use one machine at a time. Etc. The employees have been above and beyond to enforce local ordinances with regards to social distancing, masking, and sanitizing everything. They provide freshly sanitized spray bottles to each patron. They regularly mop/clean surfaces. Like i said, my gripe is with other patrons, in general people keep to themselves, but I have noticed people opening ignoring posted rules, and the above failure to clean up after themselves. Like I said, I'm very happy with the staff and their efforts to keep the space clean and inviting.

Overall good gym but the blackcard members area needs some work. The tanning bulbs NEED to be changed probably for about 2 months now. Inside the stand up booth is dirty and there’s always garbage in this area. It’s a shame to pay extra for amenities that aren’t maintained like they should be.

My local PF. Staff always says hello when you check in. They’ve been doing a lot of construction the past year and is still continuing. Sometimes power goes out with heavy rain/winds and we have to leave the gym for safety reasons. Nice gym with basic equipment, nothing fancy. Looks like they’re expanding. Parking is horrendous!

I went to your facility and your clerk named PierreWas the most nasty person, despite the fact that they did a big mistake and opened two accounts under my name, he did not let me talk or answer my questions. He treated me in badly manners. I am totally dissatisfied of how he treated me and I have no idea what he did with the accounts. I am very disappointed and I will never go back there. I ended up paying one month membership for using it only one hour. Lack of customer service.

There are only two Smith machines available for use when there could be easily three, if moved around properly. Last time I was there for an hour and two guys hogged them for the entirety of the time. I barely get to use that machine. One of the easier way to resolve this issue is to put a “15 min use” sign or have a timer installed near the machine. I am very dissatisfied with the current situation of Smith Machine. I have addresses this issue with the staff and they assured me that the manager will take some action. However, I haven’t seen any response. Love the gym, but this issue needs to be FIXED!!

The price is great, the location is good, and the equipment is in pretty good shape. Most of the staff should be replaced, and a lot of the members could stand to learn some gym etiquette. In short, it's your average Planet Fitness.
