Be avoided this Gym.I got 30 Days pass from Facebook, I just got here and Shilon told me that, I'm not able to using the pass, because I'm not live in Anaheim. I live Orange. Orange right next to Anaheim. Only 7 miles from gym residents can use that membership? How funny !!!!Suddenly he startes sells me membership front of desk.You should apologize me first. WTF... Love this gym, the only gym I've been to with 9 squat racks. Not an issue since I only hit it in the mornings but love the peace of mind of not having to ever wait #vip

i went to to this golds gym location for a 3 day pass then spoke to ALONZO TOOMER he made me feel extremely uncomfortable with his misogynist and sexually charged comments . golds management needs to get rid of this pervert! i will never come back here again. its unsafe for women.

Things you MUST know before joining/visiting this gym... when signing up they told people this gym would be a state of the art facility. All cardio machines would have TVs and you would be able to check on your kids in the playroom... NOPE! …

RUDEE PEOPLEE, non clear!!!!!! I don’t recommend at all for any one. Not a good quality gym for anyone!! JUSTT SALES SALES SALES THAT IS IT!!!!! They will force you enough to join and after month they will tell you about extra feea! To let you know guys if you want ro cancel the membership before 6 month they will charge you 200$ and if after 6 month will be 150$ and they will not going to tell you about it when you are signing! So be carful if you really wanna join or no!! And as recommendations from me as member there DON’T JOIN AT ALLL. I went only one week and never again the other gyms are better seriouslyyy!!!!!!!!!

1/2 the time you try to use a machine it is being "used" by idiotic circuit training people. It is horrible that one person can occupy 5+ machines and have other people wait for a long time to use one damn machine. I hate that the management doesn't care about this and I despise that management doesn't enforce the rule of not permitting cameras or photography in the locker/restroom/bathing area. Every time I go to use the shower or use the changing room 3/4ths of the women in the lockers are taking pictures and filming while there are other women in the background. And yet this gym refuses to do anything to stop this. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE ETHICS.

Theres is no sauna at this location. The gym is SMALL Not enough room for the amount of people attending this gym. Always crowded. Machines are all closely spaced together. Too close. The ab and stretch area is hardly an area...As far as trying to select weight on the machines, the free motion equipment malfunctions a lot.STAFF : is helpful and friendly.

Best gym I have been a member at the staff is always friendly, greet me by name and are always smiling. I come in late so I'm usually have asleep but when I get greeted by name with a smile it just sets my mood for a great workout. As far as the equipment its all new and nice and when things do need any repairs its done in a timely manner most gyms I have been to leave an out of service sign on the equpiment for like a month when all it usually needs is some tightening or minor adjustments but golds gets it done quick and I appreciate that. The weights are all re-racked at the end and I know cuz I'm there at closing every day I see the staff hustle and get things done and they are always smiling and friendly. I would reccomend this gym to anyone that is serious about lifting.

I went with my wife and she needed the hot tub and pool for the most part. Store manager came and tried to sweeten the deal but they just force and pressure you soo much that you do it to shut them up. My wife came the next time with her mom to use the hot tub. And it was outside and not very hot water. They don’t care about your satisfaction so they said it’s 200$ to cancel after one use!!! Don’t recommend until you try first!!!
