This is a great facility but with pricey membership dues. My wife and I did a week trial and would love to join for the winter months but the only option was an annual membership. Would like to see short term membership options. Competitive pricing would also be a plus like the Arlington Heights ARC.

I have been a member since 2014 and have been mostly pleased with the WC. I won’t give a full five-stars because the lockers in the men’s room need repair regularly; another gym I’m a member of has staff wiping down the equipment many times a day using a disinfectant and towels (not at the WC); and, when the toiletries went away, none of the members were notified even though you have all our email addresses. The staff is cheerful and helpful, and glad you remodeled to eliminate the annoying basketball and added more equipment.
