Great place. Clean, spacious with plenty of free weights, machines and treadmills. At $10 a month you can't ask for more.

Your front counter girl has a bad attitude, however your man Corey is a baller. He was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. With his expert knowledge he was able to help me out with my account issues. Great guy!

I have been a member of this gym form last 1 year I would suggest everyone to take care of the the fees they are charging you each month. They told me my account no more exist so they charged me member fee again and then on started charging me for 2 different account. The employees don’t know how to use computer they can hardly access the machine and enrol you in or out. And the experience to roll out was terrible. Hate the customer service.

At first, this place seemed like it was missing a leader for the younger staff. Most staff members were seen just hanging out. I’ve been frequent visitor as of late and it seems to have someone in place that is giving direction. Staff is constantly seen cleaning floors, wiping down machines, dusting down equipment... where before that little detail stuff was being missed. I know that some will say that stuff doesn’t matter... but when it’s being done it shines a positive light on the work the staff is doing to keep the place clean and sanitized during this interesting COVID-19 era of doing business. That little detail stuff doesn’t go unnoticed. The staff is friendly and attentive.Thanks to the team here. If you’re looking for a clean place to workout - you should definitely check this location out.

I started working our here since Jan 2020 and now it's one and half year with them. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. Working out there is peaceful and no judgment zones are for real. Equipment are always superfine conditions. Staff is courteous and helpful. Spa zone are worth every dollar and minute you spend on them.

I'm attending palatine,IL center. I got told trainer will be available but not seen trainer since last one year .. each time I got told they are looking for trainner but it never happened

When I went to Planet Fitness in Arlington Heights, I was very happy with cleanliness of the facility. Unfortunately, I am unable to continue my membership at this time.
