Gym is very clean and the staff is very friendly. When you hit the gym at non busy hours, you can try all the equipment. The training is a very good option at that price. I have been taking classes from the trainer Jamie for over 2 weeks now and I feel so good after every session.

Great gym to workout. Especially the amounts of free weights they have. Good enviornment and felixible hours. Plus only $10 a month.

Please do not SIGN UP. Employees at PF locations are unethical. They have been charging unnecessarily. Only for one month of usage, I paid $30 + Annual Fee. They told me to cancel the membership without listening to my concerns. I have contacted at Twitter support, they told me to contact the local club. At the local club, they are NOT treating us as customers. Please do NOT fall for $10 a month.

This used to be a great, affordable gym as zip fitness. Ever since the change to Planet Fitness they got rid of all the squat racks, bench press and other essential equipment .I also received major attitude from Sasha when asking politely to terminate my membership.

They unnecessarily charge fee. If you raise a concern employee will tell you to cancel the membership. They are rude and manager will not listen your concerns. Corporate customer service is another mess. They also don’t listen to your concerns. Do not fall for $10. Join somewhere. They charge even after you cancel your membership.

Very dirty place. Was ok once was under zip management and only first few months after that place is worse and worse. Bad part multiple people agree with me that you can smell marihuana. Bathrooms you can get sick how dirty is.Also since I have one more month of membership I don't think I will renew it due to new monthly renewal process. They asking you for debit card with routing number so they can charge you in case they can't take money from your credit card. Insane with so many fraud scams they now want checking or saving routing numbers. Unbelievable

The management and ownership of this franchise location is completely incompetent! They bought Zip fitness back in April and shutdown for several days with no notice to customers. Then on 6-19-18 they sent out 1hr notice the gym would be shut down for renovations to complete the PF changeover. Rumors are rampant, facts are no where to be found. There has been no transparency with the membership about what is going on. Employees are churning and rumors are a lot of free weight equipment is going away.....look elsewhere, this place is run like junk. Zip Fitness was miles ahead! I am not happy and will be taking my business elsewhere. La Fitness is just down the street.

This location, under a month ago was a Zip Fitness. It turned into a Planet Fitness out of nowhere, and customers only received an email notification after the fact. There was no warning.After I went to the location a lady, curly black hair let me know that I had to re-enroll to stay with membership at that location.I stopped going and I got a charge, which was a "prorated" Zip charge to be able to use the facility for half a month. Nowhere was this announced nor is there a paper trail to show this.I am told I cannot get a refund and that I have to "formally" cancel with this gym of which I never signed a contract with, or signed anything with for that matter, or they will keep charging me. A gym I signed nothing with, or wanted to be a member of will keep charging me.This is not okay to do to people, I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and reporting on the BBB. An apology and a refund would suffice, allowing people to cancel with ease instead of placing obstacles, especially when it's with customers that never intended to be members of Planet Fitness. Zip fitness is 100% to blame as well. I spoke to Melvin who told me the "higher ups" would not be okay with giving refunds, but would not allow me to speak to those "higher ups".

Omg I’ve been away during the remodel of this gym and returned for the first time today. I am shocked at how dirty the place was. This used to be a bright clean zip fitness and in a few months it has been completely ruined. The whole place smelled terrible, the treadmill I used looked beat up and no one was cleaning the equipment after use. No thank you... I will be shopping for a new gym tomorrow.

Gym is brand new.Place is clean.Staffs are friendly.Place doesn't get that crowded.Only downside is the lack of free weight like for bench press etc.A lot of people hating on this new gym because of it's previous management. Don't look at this as the old gym, rather look at it as a brand new Gym and set your reviews from there.
