Gym is very clean and the staff is very friendly and a great atmosphere with low price. We Love coming here daily wish it was open 24/7.

You have awesome brand new equipment and you have everything I need and more!!! I never have to wait for anything to use. It's clean. If I ask employees for anything, they take care of me.

So disappointed in the changes since summer. Awful tv choices, no use of back gym that Zip used. Why not use that huge gym??? Instead brought in a ton more machines and now it’s cramped—especially in what many of us used as a mat room. My daughter and I work out here, and I was going to convince my husband to leave Crunch for here. Not sure anymore.I have asked about the tv choices (after noticing no more HGTV or Bears games) and was told Planet Fitness bought a package of programming. It is terrible.

I LOOOOOOOVE PLANET FITNESS! I started as a member of the Mundelein facility. Then I moved to Wheeling. I now belong to the Arlington Heights location and I love it just as much. The young people at the front desk are friendly and respectful. They bring a good vibe to the place. I love the machines and the fact that the people are regular people - not perfect bodies. Awesome. Love this place.

No mask required anywhere in facility past the front desk. I usually work out very early to avoid people. I appreciate the prompt response from the owner of this location. I would ask that the owner remind staff members of the policy in place.

I literally drive out of my way to go to this PF in Elk Grove. It's clean, plenty of equipment and friendly staff. Two small complaints... Not enough "mat" room in the abs room. I've had to drag a mat out in the commonway by the garbage cans at times. Why not move some of the underutilized equipment out so there is more room for people doing mat work? Also, the employees need to walk around more instead of congregating at the front. I see a lot of people not wiping down the equipment and have been told they can't do anything unless they see it. They would see it if they walked around more.

Great gym always clean the district manager was very helpful.Staff is always friendly.Tanning beds are well worth the membership and the water massage bed is great after a hard workout.

Love Planet Fitness but I am very disappointed we can longer use the back gym. I used to go back there where it was Zip and loved doing my own workout using the free weights there away from all the boys. I am seriously considering changing gyms to one that offers a room like this because Planet Fitness No longer offers it.

Good thing the palatine location is closer to my house because i would cancel my membership after one day if this was my only option. i wanted to use the massage chair and literally just joined today and didn’t know how things worked. I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the girl was facing the other direction watching something on her phone. I tried to get her attention and was ignored. Its also really dark inside it doesnt look like theyre open if youre looking from outside.

Good amount of new equipment. Plenty of space. Clean. Updated restrooms. Very good price. Can't really complain. Hours are shorter now but that's b/c of Covid. Once things return to normal, wish it can be open 24/7 instead of 24/5.
