This xsport is so dirty and machine keeps breaking down. I was a member for almost 10 years. It really felt like Xsport went from a world class modern workout facility to a place where everything is run down. I actually saw some mold in the shower before and told the staff and nothing was done.

Been coming to this Xsport for about 5 years now and I do have to say that maintenance has to be done. I’m not writing this review angry or upset - just with the hopes that upper management sees this and realizes that the gym desperately needs a make over and a thorough deep clean.

I like the gym but customer service is not helpful at all when there’s an issue. I paused my membership to go back to college and although i went in person and did everything needed, I continued to be charged for 3 months that i shouldn’t have been, and when i called to get a refund and actually pause the membership i was put on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on. will have to fully cancel my membership and not come back if this isn’t resolved because it’s not worth it.

Run down facility. Pool, hot tub, steam room, many treadmill tvs don't work. Doesn't seem like there's any plan to fix anything. Lots of the treadmills squeak and several weight machines are broke. Signed up for a 24 hour 7 day a week gym, but Xsport know closes. No discount was given at least they could do is extend the membership 9 months for the extremely poor conditions and lack of hours....

rooms where, for example, yoga or zumba, are never closed and everyone who wants to study there, the floors are dirty and dusty before classes, as well as mirrors. Therefore, I used to visit often, now less often.....

This gym was closed more then a year due to Covid which is understandable. Now it’s closing 10 pm Monday - Thursday, Friday it’s closing 7 pm and same this on weekends as well it’s closing 7 pm. This gym used to be 24/7. Most of the local gym stay open til 12 am at least I don’t see any reason why they are closing this gym so early and such is rush everyday. I would like to make humble request to the management please extend some hours for closings at least until 12 AM because some people get off of work at 9 PM or 10 pm. And I would like to bring one more thing to the management attention which is One of the girl ( employee) at the night time makes an announcement prior closing by saying people staying after closing hours in the gym would consider trespassing and and would be arrested. I would like to ask the corporate or the manager of this facility is that a some kind of policy that if someone stay five minutes extra in the gym is that considered trespassing or the person who stay little bit more would arrested? What I think it’s her own made a policy that she is said multiple time through the announcement during closing hours.

This gym is the 2nd gym I've had a membership with and the prices are very reasonable and much less than others around the area. They have sanitization stations for you to clean off the machines/benches before you use them and have a pool and the option to get a massage! Gets busy during the day but night time is great if you like when it's less busy.

Came in to sign up for a membership and the sales person appeared desperate for me to sign up. Wouldn’t even let me see the gym and said I have to get a membership first. After I declined only then he offered a tour. The pool was broken, he said it will be fixed within a week. As we got back to the front desk another member came by and asked another employee about the pool and was told that it will be fixed in 2 to 3 weeks. If you’re gonna lie at least tell the same lie.

Equipment is garbage. With as much money that this XSport brings in, you’d think they would keep up with their equipment. Literally 3 people out of over 75 besides the staff with a mask on. This is too lax. I feel like the other XSport fitness gyms around Chicagoland do a much better job in this aspect. We’re in the middle of a pandemic! This will be the one and only visit to this location. Never again. I only stopped at this one because I was in the burbs.

I HIGHLY recommend Mike the personal trainer. He is professional, personable, & has great work ethic. He truly makes you feel comfortable. He helped me loose 40 lbs over a few months and built up my confidence in the gym.Gym wise, there has been more attention to the broken machines and getting them repaired. It’s a big gym, go in the morning if you prefer no crowds. The gym gets busy 3pm-9pm.
