XSport Fitness

just started going here and while it's a large gym with plenty of things to do between the equipment, pool, spa, etc. they really don't seem to take care of it well. the ceiling ventilation system in the pool area is visibly molded and leaking & dripping into the pool, the locker rooms don't seem to be cleaned very often given there's usually garbage the first few lockers I try to use, half the locks on the bathroom stalls don't actually lock, and while I get it's a gym, the smells from the lack of cleaning are apparent... it's a shame to see they respond to the reviews on here generically and don't seem to be making any changes about repeat requests for the same basic maintenance from multiple people.

I love this gym! I can go when I want. They have a pool and I love to swim. The staff is so friendly. My daughter has a personal trainer his name is Evan. He helps her so much! He is the best!

all be carefull don't waste your money and your health here place is stinky and dirty

DO NOT COME HEREscammersi signed up two years ago with a deal to pay for 2 years and get an extra 3 months after the two years they wont let me in claiming that the manager is no longer in this location plus bunch of lies from the new manager that wont tell me her name finally said her name cathy big liarsAVOID IT

Bad service managers are liars and bad. Most of the machines are out of order they don't clean up their swimming pool can cuz health issues.

This XSport is one of the cleaner locations I prefer to visit. Even the the lockers are nicer.

Highly not recommended! Always machine broken,from six stairs working only one or two. Not clean,a lot of garbage around. They keep air conditioners off. It’s super super hot to workout! Reception is empty!..

From unprofessional staff to broken sign up promises. Xsport has officially become the worse Gym to go to for me. The moment I signed up I noticed a change in the staff at two different locations as they did not care at all. Promised me two months and still charged me the same month and on going. Corp office is useless considering they do not pick up the phones nor answer their emails when I attempted to contact them for a full week. However of course the finance department is avail since I locked my cars for them not to get any payments from me. When instructed to go to my main sign up gym, the manager asked me to sit to the side and while he basically flirting with some girl saying he signing her up, meanwhile he has 3-4 other people walking around doing absolutely nothing. So why am I waiting. I definitely won’t miss the smells and creepy guys that go here. Had to cancel membership because I didn’t feel to welcomed and then have the nerve to ask for a $10 cancel fee ..

It's been more than one year they don't want to fix or turn on the a/c. The restrooms are nasty and always out of service. There's never paper. Machines are broken even for months. They rise the monthly payment. And they pretend to attend the needs or complaints but they do absolutely nothing. It just to be the best gym around but not anymore.
